I just received a very unpleasant return call from this company. As a reasonable consumer I contacted multiple companies for an estimate, and when I inquired about whether I contacted them multiple days earlier I was asked, "do you want an estimate or not ". Obviously, I prefer not to work with a company that speaks to potential customers in this manner.

Working with Dale at Grout Masters of VA has been a great experience. Dale came by my house, checked out the grout/tile issues in our bathroom and gave a very honest and fair quote on the work needed.
He then scheduled the work as quickly as he could.
He did tile repair in two of our bathrooms. His team showed up, were professional, friendly and brought me up to check up on the work to make sure it was done to my satisfaction.
Dale seems like a great guy - I think you'll get fair pricing and high quality work from his team. Definitely 5 stars - and definitely worth working with again

Dale came out on very short notice to make a complete fix to the grout in our shower when we were on a tight timeline just before a family vacation. As a result, we had no worries about potential leaks while we were out of town, and our shower looks great. Extremely reasonable price-wise, especially considering the time sensitive nature and quality of the work.
We highly recommend Grout Masters and would use them again!

Needed grout work done and I was referred to Dale.
Great job making my shower look like new again.
The team showed up and worked non stop.
They also helped with cleaning the plastic piece on the glass shower door and repositioning it on an angle to prevent the water from leaking out and removed the existing caulking on the outside.
Payment is made by personal check and credit cards.
