Founded in 2004 in Central Florida, GulfWest Surveying Incorporated (GWSI) is a private owned land surveying company that has been serving Florida's leading private and public organizations. GWSI has successfully completed a variety of assignments, large and small. Today, GWSI has a full time staff consisting of computer drafters, survey and mapping technicians and field crews supervised by experienced Registered Professional Land Surveyors.

Very honest people. They saved me 1500 dollars by steering me in the right direction. I was going to buy a piece of land, was told by the agent it just needed a couple of dumps of fill dirt...not true. It was a wetland. So if they wouldn't have told me to get an environmental assessment, I would have bought a piece of land that was either worthless as marketed, or would have had so many issues just to build, I would be broke. They gave me a phone number to a reasonably priced environmental scientist. Without that extra step, I would not have had a way out. So all that to say, they are honest and

Reasonably priced compared to some others in citrus county and their work ethic was on point. My experience with Gulfwest was great from beginning to end. Great customer service whether it was a call to Lynn (awesome!) in the office or the guys sweating it out in this beautiful Florida humid weather. Would with out a doubt use them again. Thanks guys!

If you need surveying done, I HIGHLY recommend using GulfWest Surveying. I was trying to settle an estate and needed the land surveyed, but had very little time in Florida as I am from out of state. They were more than helpful to get my job done early so I was able to start settling my affairs while I was there. This company is very appreciated!
