Heritage Hardwood Flooring was started in Idaho in 2017. Daniel Wallis, Owner and Operator of Heritage Hardwood is a second generation hardwood flooring professional. Having an apprenticeship under his father, starting at the age of 18, Daniel learned the ins-and-outs of the custom hardwood floor industry.
After completing the apprenticeship, Daniel became a foreman of projects across the West Coast. Daniel has worked on projects in numerous states including California, Nevada, Oregon, and Idaho. Daniel and his family relocated to Idaho in 2016 and after working for companies here in the Treasure Valley, Daniel recognized the need for a hardwood floor company with a great need for customer service and craftsmanship alike.

We had the wood flooring on our main level refinished and added new wood flooring into our living room. I was a bit nervous that I would tell the difference between the old and new wood. Our refinished and new wood flooring looks fantastic, and I am so happy with the finished results. Heritage Hardwood Flooring was responsive, easy to work with, and did a tremendous job. I would recommend this company.

We had Heritage Hardwood refinish our maple floors and we are extremely happy with the way they turned out. Their price was a little better than the other companies that gave us quotes, the quality of the work was great, and they finished a day earlier than we expected. We would definitely recommend them for floor refinishing projects.

What a great experience we have had with Daniel at Heritage. We are so pleased with the outcome of our refinished floors. They are beautiful and better than new. He was very punctual and respectful. His work was exceptional and you could tell that he take great pride in his work. After a terrible experience with another local company just 4 months earlier we were happy to know he was willing to come in and redo our floors to our satisfaction. Daniel is a talented man and worked his butt off so we would love our floors. I would recommend him to anyone and trust he will do the best job around.

Daniel was very responsive to our quote request! He is professional and honest and did a great job on refinishing our floors! He was well prepared and very careful with our new carpet which was installed first.
He left the house clean and really took the time to make sure every corner of our floor was completely refinished and looking good. He was punctual and true to his bid and time schedule. Very appreciated!
