I have owned an in-ground pool at two different homes for 17 years. Between the two pools, I've replaced three liners by 3 different companies. Bill and his team were the best experience. Speedy, and proficient work. No nonsense, got the job done. Bill conducts business honestly and doesn't try to upsell to products you don't need. I pulled 3 estimates for the latest job and Bill's was best by about $700.00. The best price from someone who's been installing pools since the 80's? I'll take it!

I called them to get my pool opened for the summer and for my sons birthday pool party. They told me they would be out thursday sometime to take care of it. They called me on wednesday and said they couldn't make it thursday that they were too backed up. They moved my appointment to the following monday . Then called me today to tell me they couldn't do it AT ALL! so much for a pool party for my sons birthday since they cancelled last minute theres no way i can get an appointment from another pool company for at least two weeks.
