Born out of the chaos of the 2008 foreclosure crisis, New Western Acquisitions has grown to be the largest private source of residential investment properties in the nation. Do not trust New Western. I recently raced to a west side home relying on their comparables which looked very similar to the subject property. The deal looked workable and so I committed due to the current competitive investing environment. When I returned to the office and looked at my own comparables, I found that New Western had provided FOUR HOMES IN AN ADJACENT SUBDIVISION that sells for about 20% more than the subject subdivision. Their comparables suggested that this property should be worth 470k or so post extensive rehab. There were 5 actives, 3 pendings, and

New Western was actually my first experience with a wholesale company so I have nothing to compare it to...lol...BUT I will say this. My representative Brian Thlang is AMAZING! He is always available, VERY patient, always willing to explain, and always made me feel like he had our best interest. As far as New Western itself, the process to start using their services was very personable and easy. They made sure I fully understood everything and i never felt pressured. If you are looking to use New Western as a supplier of wholesale properties in the Tarrant county area, I highly suggest Logan Lewis. He always makes sure to point out properties that fit our investment criteria as they acquire them. He puts an extra special touch to how he presents them to you, and I'm able to buy confidently from the ones he shows me.
