I am a 3rd time returning customer. After doing a stellar job on a whole house softener and drinking water system, I hired them again to replace my aging water heater. Rob did an excellent job replacing the exhaust sheet metal and putting in the new water heater.
I wish they expanded their business to include other plumbing jobs and HVAC, but they are pretty restricted to what they currently provide.

I had four different companies quote for water softener. NMP was knowledgeable on water softener design history and did not offer to upsell me on ancillary add-ons (built in filtration) based on my local water condition until I inquired because of previous quotes. NMP was also very competitive on price and responsive on service inquiries. I found NMP to provide the best value for a new water conditioning system. When we moved in the house had no softener or water filtration. As the village (Ridgewood) has hard ground water a softener is recommended. We got several quotes from installers. Tim at NMP came out and talked it all through thoroughly. I'm an engineer and worked with large hotel sized water treatment systems on ships so was pleased he stuck to the science of water treatment vs marketing bling. The crew he sent did a great install of a softener and reverse osmosis filter for drinking water. Really neat and they even put in a couple of extra shut off valves for me at no cost.

These guys are the best, priced around and NMP Water Systems were straight shooters, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I will highly recommend NWP Water Systems. Very affordable and they gave me a 10 year warrantee on everything. The installers came on time and as you can see in the picture, they did a GREAT GREAT job. No one does work like this. Great customer service.

My parent's water heater broke, called Home Depot and they arranged 1-800xxx guys come and install a new tank. When they showed up, they were asking my parents for a full payment upfront. I told them to leave.
Now I was in a hurry to find another installer because the temperature next day was going to drop. After few calls, decided to go with NMP. Despite their busy schedule, the owner showed up at 9PM to access the work then a new tank was installed the following morning. Not only they provide a service, they use quality stuff. Best in the business. I received quotes and felt out a few of these local hacks and was most comfortable with NMP, by far. Tim, his crew and the product are the real deal.
We decided to go with the reverse osmosis filtration for our drinking water. Gavin came and did our installation, explaining how it works. Mindful of the house, very clean, professional and a very detail oriented job well done.
Our tap water had a weird taste and the ice cubes were unbearable. Don't have to worry about the plastic contaminants of bottled water either. I'm comfortable now knowing the water is clean

Tim and his team were professional, courteous, timely and neat. They installed a whole house water softener system and RO system which has performed well and was less expensive both pre and post install than competing companies in the area. Nothing but great things to say about NMP and the fact that they now handle plumbing and Electrical installs and service is an added bonus. I got a quote from NMP and did some research on the side. When I went back to NMP with questions and clarifications Cristin was extremely responsive and helpful. Tim (the owner) lead my install. The team showed up early in the am, work was assessed, issues and workarounds discussed, work completed and cleanup done in a little over 2hrs. Appreciated the flexibility of the team to work around some of the challenges in my 100 yr old home. Overall great experience, I will be recommending NMP.

These guys did the water filtration and softner in our house. They were just amazing. Tim the owner was just awesome. He explained every detail of the process and why they are better than their competitors. When installing everything in our very old house we came across many issues. His guys were great, they worked through each issue, they worked with the water company since they main line needed to be shut. We had very old pipes so a lot of work needed to be done. They ended up going above and beyond and got everything working. Great job guys. Would highly recommend them.

After buying a house in a town well known for its hard water, it was a system we needed in order to protect our investment. I reached out to NMP based on the successful service they provided to my fellow neighbors.
Its now been about 2 years since the installation and could not be happier. The company provides scheduled check-ins to make sure everything is working properly.

We had an excellent experience with NMP water systems and the owner Tim. Installation was in time and the service fee was as he has suggested. Very good quality materials are used and very professional people.
Couple of months later, I had some work on basement and that required moving the salt bucket and instrument temporarily. I messed up with that process while I was doing myself. Tim and his folks helped me in fixing and restoring to original stage without any hesitation and any extra charge. Truly helping minded people with professional attire. No doubt, five star service!

Tim (the owner) was fantastic. Very professional the whole way through. He did the initial consult gave a great estimate, I booked the job and three days later they were at my house installing Water Softener and new Hot Water Heater. Job looks fantastic, they cleaned up all my old pipe work and we couldn't be happier. Would recommend Tim and his team 100%.
