I was very impressed with the entire crew at Sewer Ninjas.
Everyone was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful of our living space. Eric and Chip came in with all their equipment and knew exactly where the problem pipe was in my basement floor. What I love most about their service, was how honest and personable they all were. I was so nervous, I thought it was going to cost a small fortune. Eric didn't try to over charge me becasue I am a female, that's how you know these are the good guys. They solved my problem, no more back ups in our sink and floor drain pipes. I am

We had failing drain pipes under our basement floor that needed to be replaced and Erik and team were able to make that happen. We unfortunately had to dig and replace rather than reline them which made it a pricey fix, but they did solid work. Erik was very informative and most importantly, responsive. While other companies ignored call after call, Erik and team responded within minutes when we had questions/concerns. They certainly aren't the cheapest, but you know you will get good work and a very professional experience with them.

I am so thankful at how the whole company was fantastic to me and my wife. I am almost hesitant to say they have outstanding ‘customer service’ (they do!) because I have felt more like a friend or family member than a customer. My brother is a new homeowner and had them come out for an estimate when his hot water heater needed to be replaced. They gave him an outrageous quote and said he had to pick up the new hot water heater himself and bring it back to his house or pay an extra fee to have the appliance delivered. Yet they were going to charge him $1000 for labor which I don't know what that labor entailed as they were not doing anything but installing/replacing copper pipes. The necessitates were done but after 2 weeks the details (stucco) weren't completed. Crystal, the office, continuing that I am sexually assaulted the crew and that's the reason that they did not come to my home, to complete repairs. As I am a celibate Christian, I knew that this was a co-owner brother who did not have his way with me, and certainly should not have dated during the contract, to say the least.
