Catering selections + final guest count is due no later than 14 days prior to the event, as well as payment.

We have the pleasure of being connected to Miss Lucille's Cafe who can cater your meeting, as well as a projector screen for presentations. You are only required to pay for food and alcohol. If you haven't booked with us, no worries, we've still got you covered, contact us and we'll help you get your night planned!
Packages include the option of either black plastic ware with black cutlery or clear plastic ware with reflections cutlery, paper napkins, and clear cups. Real china and flatware can also be added for an additional fee of $4 per person. Prices listed are per person & do not include 9.5% tax or 18% service charge.

I cannot begin to say how amazing they are at the Belle Hollow. They had literally three days to put a wedding together for me and my husband and you would of thought they had been planning it for months. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect, not only that they were supportive and truly cared about it being exactly as envisioned. I HIGHLY recommend the Belle Hollow, the ambiance is magical and the staff is dedicated, professional, and personable. I cannot say thank you enough to them for all they did!

The Belle Hollow is a DREAM and their staff is the most amazing and pleasurable team to work with! Most people look at numerous venues before booking. We walked in and knew this was meant to be. From the beautiful doors to the simple yet elegant inside, the Belle Hollow caught our eye. We met with Shelby, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process! The wedding contract comes with a thorough wedding packet that was SO useful in making all our selections. Everything was in ONE place - not a gazillion different places. Once you find the place, it is large, well kept, and professionally managed. The event had a good flow to it and a large number of people were accommodated in short order. We enjoyed the food and the buffett flowed nicely. The sweet tea was good without being too sweet. Open bar that had a good bartender. The sound system was good and the music was hopping. Requests were encouraged but not required. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. All in all, a fun experience.

Beautiful venue! We did Brunch with Santa where they had all the food prepared, tables decorated, and Santa ready for free pictures that were sent to your phone. Tickets were $18 per person and $10 for children 2 and up. Portions were small for the amount of money paid and were served to you, there was no self serve options besides waffles.

Ownership of the client experience is felt throughout the entire process. I highly recommend The Belle Hollow for your event. I cannot put into words how awesome my experience was with The Belle Hollow. From my first email to them, to my wedding day execution, to my last interaction with them, everything was so smooth and easy for me/us. We did most things through the venue - food, table cloths, centerpieces. It was easy and there was a great selection. Emily and Cara were fantastic to work with planning our day. Emily and her team of 4 were there working our wedding day and they saved the day on more than a few occasions!! I can't recommend this place highly enough! It was awesome and if I have the opportunity to use

I had my wedding reception here a few weeks ago. The entire process was pretty easy and they make sure that you are meeting up with them at appropriate times throughout the countdown to the wedding day. The girls that worked on the day of my reception were super friendly and helpful. If there was ever anything I needed or a question I had they were there to help or answer. The food was really good and they even gave us all of the leftovers, and boxed up our cake for us to take home, too.
The only negative I had with my reception is that we paid to have the fireplace going because it was freezing

My wife and I own Wallflower Wedding Photography of Clarksville and we have shot several weddings and receptions at Belle Hollow. Each event we have shot at Belle Hollow has provided some great images and we have always been happy with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We also really like their new outside pavilion and thinks it adds another great location to take some beautiful images.
