I was a little nervous when it came time to put my ad together. I had not done ad design in the past and was hoping to get some guidance. Theresa Buck took the reins and put together an amazing ad. She was very responsive to calls and emails and made changes immediately. She never made me feel like I was asking for too much and she was always enthusiastic about the changes. I have nothing but great things to say about Theresa. First of all, she followed up multiple times to remind us that we needed to get started on the artwork (and we needed every reminder!).
To get started with our artwork I sent Theresa and Chase (working behind the scenes) a bunch of images and marked up PDF's, basically parts of ideas, and they were able to send us back something coherent that we could work with. And then we made a ton of edits. And then we made a ton more, completely changing 2 of our panels. Everything we asked for they did for us.
Today, I can finally say that we are done

Wow, what an excellent experience from beginning to end. They found me and I couldn't be happier. And then, though I was slow in the design process, they were patient. I couldn't be happier. Theresa did an amazing job. I honestly didn't know what to expect, I was a little hesitant, but her ingenuity and creativity really brought my company advertisement to life.
