Come in and print-your-own photos with our KODAK Picture and SONY PictureStation Kiosks at our East Avenue location. You can make prints and enlargements in just seconds. Use your digital card to make prints or scan an existing print. Once you upload or scan your photos into the KODAK Picture Kiosk or SONY PictureStation, you can even improve your picture quality with edit capabilities to zoom, crop, add borders, and reduce red eye.
Faster turnaround may be available when orders are dropped off at our Scott's East Ave location. Our scanning services use archival CDs (650MB) and DVDs (4.7GB). These discs are designed to last 10 times longer than non-archival media, protecting your valuable images and family history for generations!

My lens needed a factory firmware upgrade; Rowe handled it.
What I liked was that I got a call when the lens was back. Instead of "it's here, come get it", it was "what model camera do you have, so we can (properly) test the lens update".
I gave them the info and 15 min later got the call "we tested it and it's working fine".
That's a level of service / care that's too rare these days.

I've been a customer since the 80's at least. Today it is simple. You get high quality gear for the same price as the warehouse outlets, and with that you can go back in years later and get everything cleaned and updated. Couple that with being able to hold it in your hands before you buy, and there is no reason to go elsewhere.

I'm mixed about this place. I went there for 2 reasons. To have video tapes transferred to DVD and to buy a camera. The initial salesperson was helpful and friendly. I ended up returning the camera because it was just too complicated for me. It was over 30 days so I expected a restocking fee, but it was more than I anticipated. I barely used the camera and had the original packing. The manager wasn't very friendly at first and acted put out, but after I made a comment he got a little nicer. The DVD transfers were EXPENSIVE! I simply cannot say enough good thigs about my experiences with Rowe. I've purchased equipment from them in the past and the service has always been first rate. What prompted me to finally write this review was a recent experience purchasing a new display and soundbar.
Our old home theatre setup (plasma tv/receiver/speaker) was OLD and not all that great. I have some surgery coming up and will be stuck in the living room recliner during recovery for several weeks, and wanted a better system to help keep me entertained and distracted. I'm a long time, loyal customer of Rowe's. Their product knowledge and customer service are second to none. Joel, Mike and Erich are GREAT!
I'll never buy a TV from anyone else because no one can hold a candle to these guys, ESPECIALLY the big box stores. Keep the business local and work with these guys. You'll be glad you did... the pricing is the same if not better than everyone else and the customer service is 1,000 times better.

This is solely the only Photo and Video store i will go to. mark widman and others give the best advice and provide unbeatable customer service. i specifically ask for him when i come around you don't find that many places anymore. SUPPORT LOCAL!

The on-line pictures they have of the cameras are not even close to what they have in store! They hardly have any there! Was looking for a certain camera. They didn't have the 600 dollar one I was looking for. The lady said they don't have cameras that cheep ours start at 1000.

Once again Rowe has come through for me. I was doing a favor for a non-profit, shooting a seminar and couldn't find my flash. Rowe set me up with a loaner for the day. Gave me a quick tutorial, set my camera up and made sure it worked, and sent me on my merry way. I buy all my photographic supplies/cameras/lens/etc from them. They stand by their products, and go above and beyond in customer service. I have stopped in multiple times to have them help me with camera settings and they always have time for me. I inquired via email if Rowe could process some VERY old, obscure film. They called me personally and said that while they didn't offer that service, they did some research and found an out of state company that would be able to help me. I've never met them before; we're complete strangers. That said, if someone is kind and thorough enough to help you even when they know you're not immediately purchasing their services, you KNOW they have top notch customer service. I will be using Rowe Photo in the future and will recommend it to all my friends!

I purchased a digital slr from rowe photo three years ago. I have also purchased cameras from them in the past, Ive been photographing for 17 yrs. I will never make another purchase at this establishment. I was told that being three years old my camera "might not be worth fixing," when in a previous visit I heard a salesman say you should get eight years out of a camera.
What I purchased wasn't cheap.
I don't need someone trying to sell me something when the one I have SHOULD be performing fine.
I paid them $35 to ship my camera out to Nikon and two days later when I called

Superb service and products. I am a younger guy and when I walk in most places salesmen ignore me even though I am ready to spend a lot of cash on a high end product. I have bought my large TV and all of my professional cameras and equipment from them for my photography business. I will be returning to them this month for another TV.

Service, selection & support. Tell me now, how does the competition stack up against Rowe in those areas? You're not going to get much of either at the super stores or warehouse clubs. Nada. Zip. Zero. Zilch. What Rowe does right has all to do with taking care of the customers needs. It's all needs versus wants. Once you've clarified what a customer needs then want he wants becomes clearer. What the customer really wants is the satisfaction of having purchased the right product.

What I see happening n most stores these days is an over-emphasis on the price of goods, as if all

I recently purchased a camera body for $3K+ and the sales guy (Robin) was pretty impatient with me when I asked a few questions. On another day I purchased a lens for $2.7K and a few other items with the same sales guy (Robin Repp) same impatient treatment. Other days, I've gone in there to buy some other pricey items and again, same impatient treatment. Today, he calls me to tell me my camera body has arrived (the one I ALREADY purchased from him)...duh, so far, I spent almost $8K on camera equipment, you'd think the dummy would remember me.

The guy is in such a hurry to make money
