Shule washburne was was the most unprofessional inexperienced attorney I've ever used!when we met we agreed on a maximum amount of $6000 for his services and minimum monthly payments of $150.He proceeded w my court case to see my son in front of a judge that previously sent me to prison knowing it was a conflict of interest.long story short,I still haven't seen my son,its been near 5yrs.and he charged me around $12000,I've paid near $6000,but missed payments during this pandemic and had charged me near $600 a month for missing payments knowing the situation.This man absolutely did not represent

I don’t recommend. I used this attorney for a very simple probate. There were literally three items on the probate “inventory“ for my brother who passed away. A bank account, and two retirement accounts with Pers. (My brother didn’t own a home or even a car.) The probate should have taken 6 to 9 months, but took almost two years (just days under) and cost over $5,700. I was told if everything went smoothly to expect $3,000. $4,000 at the most. Well everything went smoothly on my side. The delays and costly emails were due to mistakes made by this attorney or his paralegal. Like forgetting
