Kelly Hannan comes very highly recommended. She was a gem in selling my condo. It was a long distance sale and it all happened without a single glitch. This is our second time finding our home with Sure Sales Group. Our first experience was with Andrew who helped us find the perfect row home to find a home close to work and enjoy our time in Baltimore. Andrew was always professional, prompt to answer our questions/concerns, and dealt with our fairly picky taste without complaints. Jaime was absolutely amazing in this whole process. With it being our first time buying a new home, she was always available and able to answer all the questions we had! Mike helped me find the perfect place for me, my son and my two fur babies. The man answered every call, and every text. Was personable and very outgoing, making sure every need was met. The rental he found me was very clean and freshly painted, and he even went the mile and got me a house warming gift, even though I’m just renting. Andrew Undem was a dream to work with. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and he took care of us from beginning to end. We didn't have the buying expertise but Andrew taught and lead us through the entire home buying process from sending us newly listed properties, numerous tours (I'm picky), home inspections, and signing the final paperwork. He helped us find our dream home and for a great price (under our budget). Andrew negotiated fiercely to ensure we were able to secure our dream home. He's very nice and all smiles.
