I can recommend this company 100%- friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, fair.. Turns out, my attic didn’t have vermiculite and none of the previous companies bothered to tell me. Joe took his time at our house to explain how to proceed given this unusual situation and even got back to me after he did some additional research on what the material could be. You know you have a lot of asbestos when you've got your AirSafe inspector's number in your favorites. We had them out to take a few samples that came back clean, and thought we were in the clear until we found vermiculite in a wall. This lead to many more unhappy discoveries and we were glad to have Airsafe there. When our electricians found a large vermiculite deposit in the wall, they came that day to patch it up for us and vacuum. I called AirSafe after mass saves contractor found vermiculite in my attic and said I had too have it remediated before they could re-insulate my attic. I met with one of their sales reps and he gave me a quote based on removing the vermiculite he found. The work was completed in a timely and professional manor. When revise energy came to re-insulate they found more vermiculite under 2 layers of old insulation and had to stop work. Air Safe was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them! They were quick to respond to my evaluation request and had the asbestos removed from our basement floor within the same week! Dave explained the process they would use and was available for follow-up questions. The crew arrived on time and did a great job removing the asbestos & cleaning up our basement. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to take the time to recommend Air Safe after the amazing experience I had with this company. My husband and I recently bought an old home and were attempting to update both the floors and the bathrooms, not knowing that we could possibly be running into problems with both asbestos and mold. Hearing from our contractors that we needed to get asbestos removed from our floors, I was worried about a number of different issues, especially being pregnant.
