Initially I contacted the appraiser to find out how much my house is worth in order to sell since going through a divorce and he was very kind and spoke to me and understood what I needed the appraisal for once I got the appraisal and he lowballed me by thousands of dollars out of my house compared to other appraisers that I had paid for and then his customer service was horrible when I try to call and talk to him about it. I would never recommend him for any services that he does.

I was referred to this appraiser through an online company called "Home Advisors". I clearly indicated in my search that I need an appraiser to perform a before pool installation and after pool installation on my property for IRS purposes. (I had installed a swimming pool for health reasons). This appraiser came up as a possibility and he contacted me. I explained to him what I needed and he quoted me a price which I agreed to with the understanding that I would be getting two separate appraisers, as per my request. Pepper came out and inspected the property and we had a long discussion
