Stinking like smoke in the cab
Bad smell .very disappointed !

1st we ordered a cab to go to airport. 1 day in advance to be at our house at 530am.
They did not show up until 632am
That's after we called 8 times. They kept telling us 5min. We will never call these service never
Only if I could give them zero stars I would.

Chaska-Chanhassen Taxi came thru for me when I needed it the most. Arrived on time, was very personable, had super-reasonable pricing, and the vehicle was very clean. They are licensed and properly insured, which is not a claim that some of the other taxi services operating in Waconia can make. They were also very clear and up-front about a surcharge, so there were no surprises. I really appreciate everything they did to help me out in a pinch and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a ride.

Called for a ride home from the 212 emergency room, was pleased that someone answered the phone. After a very groggy man took my name and destination address, he said he would call when he arrived. After 45 min of nothing i called back and no one answered, after 4 more attempts with no answer i had to call a friend for a ride.... what kind of company would leave people stranded at the ER?!?!

My husband and other couple friends went out for dinner to Burnsville last Saturday; I called Mr. Joe and he picked us up in Norwood and drop us off at Burnsville.
He was willing to pick us up when we were ready and get us back home :-) Very nice gentleman, great service and we will be calling him for future needs!!
