Clarity Psychological Services seeks to provide hope, insight, clarity, encouragement, and action steps to those experiencing emotional and psychological distress. I believe that change happens one decision at a time. Coming here is the first step to healing, growth, and wellness. My office is conveniently located in Wexford, PA on route 19.
Most of my clients come see me because they are experiencing some level of stress, depression, anxiety, or relational/marital conflict. Other clients see me to gain insight and understanding to a life transition or temporary problem. I provide counseling within a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment for clients to feel validated, understood, encouraged, and hopeful.

Services
Dr. Pascual Chen, owner of Clarity Psychological Services, is a clinical psychologist, certified trauma therapist, and certified school psychologist in Pennsylvania. He went to Wheaton College, Illinois for his undergraduate degree in Psychology. He earned his Master of Science and Doctor of Psychology from Hofstra University in New York.
John Hartline L.C.S.W, M.Div, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 20 years of counseling experience. He completed his undergraduate work at Michigan State University, and earned his Master of Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit. He earned his Master of Divinity from Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh.
Emily Lunt is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. She obtained her Bachelor's of Science degree in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University in Delaware. After gaining valuable work experience in the mental health field, she continued her education and obtained her Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh.
Grant Fisher is a pre-licensed therapist in the state of Pennsylvania working under the supervision of Dr. Chen. He obtained his Master's degree in counseling at Geneva College, PA. He has experience providing individual therapy with children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population.
His academic path and experience has taught him the skills needed to perform evidence based practices and to ensure his clients are gaining insights, tools, and strategies needed to find life fulfillment and relationship satisfaction.Grant provides therapeutic interventions for a variety of mental health diagnoses, including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, marital stress, addiction disorder, trauma, stress, and grief.

I saw Dr. Chen for about 6 months over the past year for insomnia, anxiety, and family issues. Every time I left his office, I had a plan & hope for fixing my problems. But not only this, he showed me how to become a better version of myself - I am the most positive I have ever been, and have a set of tools to help me when I run into obstacles. Highly, highly recommend his services.
