Services
Under the guidelines from CMS (Center for Medicare Services), states allow a medical visit remotely via secure video connections. We prefer to do in person appointments as well. However, at times due to convenience and other times due to circumstances, it may not be possible to have an in person visit.
Frederick Psychiatry, LLC would like you to set up an account with our Secure Patient Portal. This will help you make appointments online, fill out forms, and make payments to your account. This will also help to minimize wait time at the clinic. Please select only your primary insurance if not BCBS.

Dr. Singhal is someone who truly cares about helping his patients getting the best care possible. He is a straight shooter in the most kind, compassionate, empathetic, and caring manner. He is someone who therapists and other physicians in the area go to for expert advice, a trusted leader who inspires those around him to be better. One of the good guys.

I've been seeing Dr. Singhal for over 15 years. He's listened to me and made appropriate Rx recommendations. He is not just a pill-pusher like some doctors, which is why I stuck with him even when I didn't have insurance. I've had doctors who have barely even said 'hi" during my appointments before rushing me, and ones who have not listened to my concerns with medications, or listened to my symptoms. Dr. Sanjeev K. Singhal, MD has an open case against him with the Maryland Board of Physicians pertaining to allegations of sleeping with a patient's wife. I can not review this doctors mental health services, as I have never been a patient of his. But knowing of these allegations, I want to warn other patients who may be unaware of this case.
