Ignorant at best can describe this company, my Subaru had a flat, simple fix for most quality tow company or valid road service provider, which isn't the case with these jerks! Driver kept my wheel lock key claiming he returned it to me, then why would I call these geniuses looking for it?? The dispatcher is brain dead, no return call, negative social media blast coming, going to push Subaru to reconsider their contract, trust that, and their going to definately compensate me!!

Today I was on a construction job in Webster at the Sewage Plant, they're expanding it. We were taking the dirt we hauled out to a dumpsite on Salt road. One of the sub-contractor trucking companies working for us got stuck at the dump site. And I mean stuck! Plus he was loaded. Probably 21 tons at least.
Harding's Towing II was called in to pull the dump truck out. Their equipment is well maintained and the operator on this job knew what he was doing. 5 stars for Harding's Towing II.

They deserve no stars or business. Agero is a contractor with my insurance company USAA and when my wife had a flat after work on the eve before Thanksgiving they sent Hardings out to assist. Their technician proceeded to strip the lug nuts on my wheel and the tire could not be removed at all. While my wife had her back turned talking to another person at the scene the Hardings tech jumped in his van and left without saying a word leaving my wife stranded in a parking lot. Wow! They were suppose to pick my car up that was in an accident and never did. We were instructed to leave the doors unlocked and keys under floormat. In 90 minutes someone will be there to tow the car. So the NEXT day I get a call at work from a police officer stating that he received a call about a suspicious vehicle with keys in it that was left in the driveway of a company that was registered to me. I was furious!! My car never got picked up! The towing manager said a few new dispatchers did not know how to dispatch correctly so there was miscommunication! WHAT? Definitely won't be

My car wasn't too old. But it broke down on I-590 today after work. Found out from Geico that I didn't have roadside service on my car but my wife's car. They gave me Harding's number. I called and got a very reasonable quote. After 20 minutes the guy came and towed my car to Henrietta. Great service and reasonable price for someone like me who doesn't have roadside service coverage. Highly recommended!

They don't keep records.
They didn't pick up my car.
I didn't find out they didn't pick up my car because they don't know how to use voicemail.
I wasted an entire day of repairs waiting to hear back from them until I physically went to find where my car was.
I have yet to find a competent tow truck company in rochester, I would stay away from this one. They don't have their act together.
