Not Recommended. I had a Massey tractor there for power steering problems. After they had it for a while the mechanic called me and said it can't be repaired. Parts are no longer available. Took them 3 weeks to return the tractor. The bill said I decided not to have it repaired at this time. Humm... I would not have paid $400 to have it transported to them if I hadn't wanted it repaired. Like others, didn't seem like they wanted my business. I found aftermarket parts on the internet. Guess I will take it to someone else.

They were so nice. They make you feel comfortable and don't pressure you to buy something you don't want. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in buying a tractor.

Great folks to work with, especially the mechanics who do all the heavy lifting, loading, and repair work. Everyone is good there but these two guys go above and beyond the problem solve and make sure the customer is taken care of. Thanks guys

I have only had my new Kioti tractor for two weeks now but I have been very well satisfied.
John was very helpfull in making the decision on what I needed in a tractor to fill my needs.
To be honest, on my visit I was just looking and pricing on this visit and did not intend to buy on that day.BUT the service and information that I relieved changed my mind.
It's very rare today to recieve the kind of service John and is entire staff gave to me.

All has been cared for. Final rating is 4 stars based on the full hassle.
UPDATE:
I finally after two weeks did receive a phone call from the owner who the Original deal was made with. It is clear based on speaking with him that we were both incorrect on what was agreed upon. Based on this long conversation I believe that this matter is going to be resolved. Though it may have taken way longer than it should have! I will update upon conclusion.

Brought a used tractor from John's Tractor Works & Equip Inc. and the second time I used it the muffler fell off, advice was just buy piece of pipe and jerry rig it. The air conditioner blows hot air ( I was told it was working). The tractor does run but wondering now what else will go wrong. I was told the tractor was serviced up and ready to go, not happy.

Great service took my tractor in for service and check a/c as well as clutch adjustment done same day. Great people to work with.
