I called a girl listed as the listing agent on realtor.com twice, but never got a call back. I thought I'd give it one more go, and left her another message, and eventually Patrick called me back. I didn't get the house I wanted cuz it was already sold by then, but Patrick McKinney was a 5 star person. HE REALLY ROCKS! 😁

She did not only help us find the perfect house for our family but really worked with our situation that was time sensitive and got us all settled in a way that saved us alot of money in the long run. Not only that but she helped us with some grant money I was not aware was avaliable to us from the state that we qualified for ( me being a veteran and a first home buyer) that not even my bank of other lenders brought up until she talked to them about it which saved us even more money!! Thankyou much so much the house is great and I'm sorry I cant buy two of them from you.

We worked with Lindsey at ReMax and our experience was great! She was very professional, quick and friendly! She showed us all the properties we wanted to see - even when she probably knew it wasn't something we would be interested in. She also got our visits scheduled quickly (usually same day or next day). We had a great experience working with her on buying our house and found the perfect one for us.

For being such a "prominent" person within Fort Dodge Lindsey McKinney sure does not have the ability to work kindly with others. Her demeanor is very offensive and impolite. I don't know her but I will tell you first impressions are everything and the way she dealt with a certain business matter was totally uncalled for and unethical. Please make sure you do your homework before choosing certain people to represent you on such a large purchase!!
