Nobody locally would get off their duff to work. Mike drove over 90 minutes to come here and help with my chimney pipe. Did an exceptional job...had to come back the next day to finish up, which he did. So grateful for Mike and for the amazing work he did.

Called MNM on a Friday to see if I could get some melted siding fixed. He gave me a quote with just a few pictures and came on Monday with the materials and completed the job within a few hours. Also gave me a deal since he knew our landlord wasn't going to be paying to fix any of the siding. He wore a mask the whole time and was very professional. I would highly recommend him for all your handyman needs :)

Just used MNM Handyman for the first time and had the most wonderful experience. My partner and I discovered our AC window unit was growing mold and after a few quick google searches we decided it would be best to contact MNM. Mike was able to come within a few hours to assess the situation and fix the unit and clean out the mold. He also discovered our AC was not properly releasing water and was able to fix that too. Our AC now looks and runs like it's brand new! Highly recommend MNM and Mike to anyone looking for a great job at fair prices. Thank you, Mike!

I have a bay window in the kitchen with bad water damage on it due to the previous tenants leaving the window open. I needed a professional opinion ASAP to counter some expensive solutions I'd been given! I called Mike and he happened to be in the area, and was at my house in 10 minutes. He was very courteous and friendly - definitely a personable guy! He gave me a realistic solution (sanding down the wood) and a very reasonable quote. His speedy response was greatly appreciated!

This is the third time I have used MNM and each time I have been totally satisfied with the work performed. Most recently I was in need of some minor plumbing work, blind installation, outdoor screen repair, air conditioner Install action and some kitchen repair, all of which Mike and his son performed flawlessly and in a timely manner. Will have them back soon to do some exterior paint touch-ups.

Michael ( @ M 'N M home repair), has been out here 3 or 4 times now,
they've done some tricky home repair stuff for me on a big old house.
(They found and completely replaced a 40-year-old unique crank out window, with all the supporting framing all slutted out, and installed it perfectly! Mike is really smart mechanically & otherwise, He's been doing this for decades since working hisDad back in the day, He's figured out fixes that have stumped me... He and his partner, (can handle small jobs simultaneously have also done a myriad of other work for us

Mike and his team are prompt, sincere and very kind. After several unsuccessful request with other places, I was so surprised to hear Mike's voice when I dial the number as most of the time I will be directed to voice message, which is understandable but no return calls... More surprisingly, after I explained my situation- a defect thermostat-he not only agreed to show up next day in the morning but also offered to purchase the thermostat for me. Long story short, he replace the thermostat. In addition, he noticed ugly tapes on the door and fixed the insulation problem in seconds and explained

Mike and his team were great. They know how to get stuff done. They fixed all sorts of things in our apt., lights, doors, windows insulation, the metal gate at the entrance, wood table restoration, and many other things...they can do pretty much anything. Price is reasonable considering that Mike invests great effort and precision in his work. They are also very clean and always careful to leave the house in order when they leave. Mike is friendly and a good person. We totally recommend them!

No offense, but everybody is squeezed financially, it doesn't correlate with how hard, responsible or competent you are. This goes for all us. I think it's unfair of you to put your family on the spotlight to justify yourself. But I would like to understand: my husband texted you and called you on the day of the missed appointment. You never responded until I wrote a review (i.e. your reputation is on the line). Still, you will not admit...never mind about admitting a mistake....the possibility that you may have forgotten us! Doesn't it occur

At first, I had a hell of a time finding a home service that would take what I was told was an unusual home repair; other services in the area told me that they wouldn't take on the job. Mike took on the challenge immediately.
Making the appointment was a snap, and Mike arrived with backup on time for the job, was courteous and respectful of our home, and never once shied away from the project. The man has an impeccable work ethic.

I called Mike at about 12 noon today, not really expecting same-day service. Luckily, Mike finished a job early and was able to come by right away at 1 pm sharp to fix the downspout and corner board of the house that were damaged by strong wind. Mike and his helper performed the job quickly and professionally, and guaranteed with a 6-month warranty. I would highly recommend their service.

These guys are great. Our kitchen sink had been taken out by an ice dam that had fallen through our glass ceiling and was in dire need of repair. The first company I called came out and told me that they could repair the plumbing, but wouldn't attach the sink to the granite countertops- worst, was that they were going to charge over $1200.
