Every time I call parts, they place me on hold for 10+ minutes. Sometimes after waiting for a while, I will call back and they answer immediately. It's pretty annoying since half the time, I am just checking to see if an order came in as they rarely call to let you know your order came in.
Which honestly, is fine, I'm sure they are busy and have other things to deal with than answering the phones. It just encourages me as a customer to find a more hassle free way to get my parts (online retailers).

Took my klr 650 there to get the last 2 wires on wiring harness completed. I get a $800 bill, without my I consent you racked up my bill by looking through a bunch of unnecessary things, which had nothing to do with the issue. You then stripped the head bolt on my motor. Apparently you can’t tell the difference between a pneumatic torque gun to a torque wrench! I think I’m deserving of a pro rated refund! I will not recommend your rip off maintenance department to anyone!

A couple of months ago, I started looking for a new motorcycle. I had two brands in mind (Ducati, KTM) but the bike I was leaning towards was a KTM 1290 Super Duke R. Aside from Bakersfield (50 miles away), I live 2-3 hrs from any KTM or Ducati dealership. My first instinct was to call around to all of the dealerships, to see what they had to offer. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the service dept for fixing my 02 shadow after a wanna-be mechanic messed it up. These guys are knowledgeable and so professional. I want to like this place but every time I go there wanting to buy a bike I end up walking out shaking my head in disbelief. You can't find anyone to ever help you and when you finally track someone down they can't even acknowledge you as a human being. I buy a new bike every year and will continue to go south instead of giving this place a shot. The culture here is absolutely awful and you will regret making the trip here.

I've purchased about 40 motorcycles over the years and I see a lot
of used car tactics (dealers that will not give you a price in writing or
want you to call them and give you a BS price just to get you in the dealership) This won't happen with Randy, he has no problem standing by his price.So, if you're looking for a new motorcycle see Randy for a direct sales process with No-nonsense

Well so far my experience with this dealer has been great. I have been having them swap out tires on my KTM 1090 Adventure R as I go back and forth between two sets of tires. They haven’t scratched my rims at all and the service has been quick and reliable. They always offer to help me carry the tires and rims to my car. This wasn’t expected but I really appreciate it. The guys in the parts department seem knowledgeable and are pleasant and helpful.

This place is the best place around. I went to Precision at first and they said a valve adjustment on my Fz-09 would be $700-800. I went to SB motorsports and they did valves, air filter, and spark plugs for $480. This place is the cheapest in the area and the fastest not to mention the guys all ride and will help you out with whatever you need. 100% would recommend taking bikes here for service or buying parts here over anywhere else.

We were on our way to LA to buy a quad but we stopped here to see what they had. The owner came out to ask if we needed any help and an hour later we left with a brand new quad . The staff were super nice (Christian) and Peter were all great and defiantly the owner. We plan on coming back soon to buy another quad. Great selection of motorcycles and off road vehicles .

Went in here the other day and Christian, the salesman was super friendly and helpful. Considering I am new to motorcycles and just starting out, he was very helpful and took time to walk me thru the different bikes without being pushy. When I am ready to pull the trigger, I am pretty sure I'll be going back to pick up my moto from S.B. Motorsports.

These guys are absolutely one of the best dealerships I've had the pleasure to do business with. I'm on my 2nd bike within less than a year and they haven't skipped a beat. I've dealt mostly with Peter Collins and Mark Sanchez but the whole team is first rate. I truly feel they look out for my best interest at all times and would recommend Santa Barbara Motorsports without hesitation. I look forward to my next bike as it'll surely come from these guys!

I really want this store to be my go to. It is very convenient and they do have a good selection of the things I am after.
The problem is trying to get ANYONE to help you in this store. I have been in there three times since moving here in March. Each time similar experiences occurred. Today was the last attempt. I was ready to drop about a grand on a new helmet and jacket. They had the helmet I looking for after being in the store looking at the helmets trying them on attempting to get some assistance I left. I had two people walk by me make eye contact and turn away as I began to ask for help

This place is the best! Ya they are one of the only motorcycle shops around Santa Barbara which is good enough already but I would drive a couple hours just to come to this store! These guys were awesome, not only did they help me out a lot when I was riding a lot this year but they always gave me great prices on any of the parts I needed! They have so much stuff, especially bikes, and that's not even the main reason I would come back, I would come back because of the people who work there! They are super cool, super helpful, and will find whatever it is you need!

Can I click on a sixth star?
On a road trip home to Monterey from LA, a piece of someone's bumper flew up and took out my KTM SMT radiator.
From the time I first called the shop from the side of the road, to the moment I picked the bike up, I received excellent service.
Corey rushed in a part from the East Coast, Chris worked overtime to install, and Brendan and Chris worked with my insurance company to make sure there was no problem with the claim.
I can not say enough good things about this shop. Great customer service backed by high quality work. They went above and beyond expectations
