My client and I recently mediated a dispute with Jon Bradley as the mediator. I had not met Mr. Bradley prior to the mediation but after doing some research, was willing to schedule a mediation with him based on information from other attorneys who had used him as a mediator. I was not optimistic that this matter would settle and knew that the only hope was a mediator who could reach both parties. My client really felt that Mr. Bradley understood my client's position and was willing to accept some honest assessments from him as a mediator. We settled the case, which I don't think we would have

I was blindsided by a parental rights challenge and needed immediate help. I found Bradley Devitt Haas and Watkins and called to schedule a consultation. I met with Andrew Haas the following day and he listened intently to my situation and agreed to take me on as a client. Throughout a long seven month process Andrew and his paralegal, Ann Bremer, were professional and compassionate to my situation and never failed to impress me with their ability to stay on top of everything and file everything in a timely fashion. Andrew is a talented attorney who was extremely easy to deal with. He knows what

The company website says free consultation, although; when I called for one and tried to tell my situation I just got talked over and he don't listen to your situation. Then he said he didn't don't know what my contract said so he can't help me and good luck. I though a consultation would involve more than just a brush off.

Attorney, Steve Watkins, took on my case regarding a contractor that made faulty repairs on my commercial building. Trying to navigate this problem, all while running a business, became very frustrating and stressful. I often found myself going of the rails. Attorney, Steve Watkins was able to help guide me in the right direction so I could focus on getting back on track. I felt Steve was looking out for my best interest to RIGHT the WRONG. As we worked our way through the lawsuit, Steve would advise me of the next steps to take and what to expect. By doing so, there was no surprises which helped

Andrew Haas and Ann Brewer have helped me in more ways than I could've asked for. Both were on the ball when things came in and everything was filed right and on time, every time. Andrew was my attorney for 7-8 months while I pursued to establish parental rights and parenting time with my daughter. I felt like Andrew heard what I wanted and did everything he could to make it happen. He was/is very professional and courteous during the whole process. During our hearings he was sure to bring up key points and information to the judge so that he was aware of things that had been going on and continued

We have utilized the services of Bradley Devitt Hass & Watkins over the past ten years. Andrew Haas was the attorney who handled our case(s). His professional manner, knowledge of family law and attention to detail is second to none. Andrew kept us informed and always made time to talk or meet with us when needed. He is comfortable in a court room and knocked it out of the park when cross-examining witnesses. We would highly recommend Andrew Haas and his firm. Thanks to him, we won our case(s)!

Steve Watkins charged me 1.5 hours to fill in a few blanks on a template for a mechanics lien. There is no way someone with experience, would take 1.5 hours to type 2 people's names and 2 people's addresses, on a template.
But I do understand that It's not worth an attorneys time to take on 30 minute projects, and a 1.5 hour minimum charge would be reasonable.
The issue I have is that when filling in 4-5 blanks on a template, Steve got it wrong 3 times, and the final draft still has my name spelled wrong on it.
When I'm paying someone $300 per hour, and they take 1.5 hours to complete 30 minutes

I am very pleased with the work that Andrew Haas did for me. He took over the case after a previous Attorney botched a divorce case. Andrew took over the appeal process and did a fantastic job putting together the research and background work to make an appeal that ultimately the court ruled in our favor. I would most definitely recommend him for any divorce cases. I also want to take a moment and thank Ann, his paralegal that was also an incredible factor in helping this whole case. Al M.
