If I could give Kenney's Collision Center 10 stars, I would! I was new to the area and was unsure who to trust with my repair. I had already used another company to fix the damage to my bumper, which occurred by an uninsured motorist that hit and damaged my car. Unfortunately, it was a very bad repair and Kenney's had to not only fix the damage - but simultaneously clean up another dealer's mess! I could not be more pleased with the results!! It looks like a brand new bumper! And, they charged me less than the original dealer as well. Kelly and her crew also had my car finished ahead of schedule

I have had many estimates done at other body shop and have always been given a copy of the estimate from the body shop; however, Diane Ridgeway, at Kenny's Collision indicated that I would have to contact adjuster for a COPY!! When she did my walk around and mileage calculation, as a good customer service representative, the customer should have been informed that they DO NOT give the CUSTOMERS a copy of the estimate for the repairs that THEY gave to perform. If it is a policy of Kenny's Collision, make the CUSTOMER aware upon initiation of service. Customer service is all about communication and

Looked at a for sale vehicle they had on their lot. They don't even get them emissions condition because they actually stated Spalding Co doesn't require them so we don't even look in to any problems of dash lights on, sensors not working,etc. Not cool. A car lot should not limit or discriminate to any out of count buyers like that.
