Our company (ECE) was incorporated in 1968 and founded by Billy Roseman, R.V. Southworth, Ted McGavran and William Harkey. The mission from day one was to provide engineering consultation services to electric utilities. Since its inception, the company has provided consulting engineering services to electric utilities with a focus on Rural Utility Service Cooperatives.
ECE has provided a wide array of services to support the power systems of the southeast since 1968. Led by a staff of experienced and knowledgeable engineers, ECE provides services in Substation Design, Transmission & Distribution Line Design, Protection & Coordination, System Planning, Field Services and Drafting.
