I had an issue with pool/spa heater rattling and shutting down before reaching target temperature. Tony gave me a suggestion to resolve over the phone. If the suggestion didn’t work Tony was happy to come by to resolve. The suggestion worked so no site visit needed. Will recommend Tony to friends and family.

Tony (Miller Pool Service) was and is great, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me fix my pump and a leak.
Also very convenient ;he takes credit cards.
I was out of town when he did the repairs and was pleasantly surprised that he came (on his son’s birthday at that) and checked his work. He explained everything. I was dealing with an algae problem and he explained everything added extra chemicals to my skimmer to seal it (at no extra cost). He taught me several things about my pool. Was very happy
He’s a bit more expensive but you get him, not a different random guy

Tony is responsive, timely and very technical with pools and pool equipment. We trust him with our pool and he is reasonably priced. It is hard to find good, quality service providers that follow through on what they say and Tony is excellent in this area as well.

I don't usually post reviews but Miller pool service went above and beyond! I was having issues with my saltwater pool. Miller pool service talked me through the entire process and were incredibly patient. I don't usually like to call for repair service for the fear of being ripped off but these guys not only fixed my problem but didn't charge me a dime for their time and effort! Tony has done a exceptional job at getting rid of the algae in our pool. He is always reliable, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. He is clearly very experienced. He is our first choice for pool cleaning services.

I had an appointment with Tony, he never showed up and called me after he was already 30 minutes late to say he couldn't make it! my experience with Tony was that he turned out to be flakey, didn't like the idea that traveling from Huntington Beach was to far for him to travel? Wow! Really? It also took him a couple of days just to respond to my phone calls and no he never showed up. I would not recommend this guy as there are way to many pool services available!

This year was our year for major pool maintenance. We had to replace our heater and our pump. Tony gave us suggestions for a high quality heater and pump that saved us money. Our heater performs well. The new pump is a variable speed and will save on our electric bill. We are happy with the performance of both. As for Tony, he is one laid back guy. He is easy to deal with. When an installation was lasting past 8:00 on a Friday he wasn't in a hurry and not only finished the installation the right way but then took the time with us to answer all of our questions and educate us on our new pump.
