I can’t speak for the buying experience, but the service and parts experience is consistently BAD. Not just for me either. My friends have the same experience. If you leave your bike with them, don’t expect to see it for a couple of weeks at least. They make you pay for parts up front, don’t have them in stock ever, even common items that are consumables, are almost totally unresponsive and only reactive about what’s happening, and generally have an attitude that they’re doing you a favor because you’re an inconvenience. I love BMW and Ducati’s and have bought Japanese bikes where

Whenever you move to a new town its always a question whether there will be a Ducati tech, and if they can do the work right. Generally shops that carry more than one brand of bike have problematic Maintenance sides. Bloodworth carries BMW and Ducati, and I can attest to their expertise on the Ducati end. My 1 year service was quick and painless. The were booked out a week, but had a cancellation and took me within an hour of my calling. I have never been able to wait while the work was done - its always a drop off pick up scenario, but these guys took care of it within 2 hours, and I believe there

Bought a BMW R9T from Bloodworth last month and have been loving every minute of it since I brought it home. Glenn Hawkins handled the sale and was a pleasure to work with. He was especially helpful in allowing me to swap out the tires to my preferred choice prior to picking up the bike. Thanks, Glenn!

I'm not a fan. Bought a new bike from them and had to wait an hour past the appointed time for them to get everything together. They gave me a quick walk around and sent me on my way. A few days later I phoned to ask about lowering the suspension and was told it couldn't be lowered. I ended up buying a new $600 low rider seat. Next thing I know I see a youtube video that shows not only can the suspension be lowered but it is automatic and all it takes is a menu setting. $600 hurts, I won't forget.

Glenn is a pleasure to work with. He found the BMW R1250RT I wanted and arranged a trade with another dealership saving me a long ride or airline ticket to get my preferred color on a truly premium touring product. All around great experience. In fact, when I replace my errand scooter with a different model there is no question who I will talk to first.

WOW! When it comes to customer satisfaction Bloodworth is beyond amazing. Myself being only 21 walking into a high end motorcycle dealership expecting to be treated like a bloke off the street but no. I walked in and was treated like a human, i was acknowledged by the phenomenal staff. I may not have purchased a new Ducati or BMW but a pre owned MT-09 and was treated way better then i had expected. Amazing work from the staff you all have earned my business for many more years to come and i will be back one day to get my hands on one of those beautiful BMW's or Ducati's.

Phil, Glenn and Victoria were all very helpful and kind. I am a new rider, and they patiently answered all my questions. When there was another potential purchaser interested in the vehicle I was about to test drive, they assured me that I would have first chance at purchasing it because I had showed up to the store first-thing that morning. I even got a free t-shirt with my purchase. I love my new Piaggio MP3, and I will definitely be going back to Bloodworth in the future!

Just got my new bike from Bloodworth. Great service from the entire team! Glenn was a big help with the sale, Stewart was thorough with the paperwork, Joe was helpful with introductions and general info, and Michael did a great job at covering what to expect for maintenance on this beast in the coming years!
Great experience through the entire purchasing process! Thanks to everyone for making the purchase of my dream bike a pleasurable one!

On my way home with a newly purchased '07 GSA last week, the fuel flange, previously recalled and addressed, but determined to separate from the fuel pump anyway, gave up the ghost in grand fashion. It covered me in fuel as well as much of the right side of the bike. The bike was hauled to Bloodworth which was the closest dealer to where I had broken down. I spoke to David Bloodworth who took the time to go over what had happened and some options. Not long afterwards, he and the dealer from which I had purchased the bike communicated and began a request to BMW for a goodwill repair based on

By way of background, I've owned several BMW motorcycles since 1995 and I've dealt with FIVE BMW Motorrad dealers around the country, from the largest BMW dealer by volume in the USA to smaller family-owned BMW businesses such as Bloodworth.
I've been working with Bloodworth Motorcycles for the four years that we've lived in the greater Nashville area. I read some of their reviews here on Yelp and wondered if we're taking about the same bike shop on the same planet. Wow. From my perspective I've got nothing but GOOD to say about Bloodworth. I feel very blessed

Just completed the 30k service on my Diavel and couldn't be more happier. Mike the tech is fantastic and very detail in his work. They will tell you exactly what the bike needs and service it accordingly. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone in State or out to check out. Very hard to find shops you can trust. This one is special!!
Thanks again guys.

While passing through Nashville from D.C. to Missouri I had a tire failure. I did a search for nearby dealers and found Bloodworth. I called the ship to be sure they had the tire I need and proceeded to limp the bike in. Because I was traveling, my needs were given priority. While I was made to feel at home, the tire was replaced in the amount of time expected and I was quickly back on the road. Overall I lost about an hour and 45 minutes including transit time.

Bloodworth Motorcycles is a great dealer. I got 2 BMW's from them, a used and a new one. The past mechanic and sales Manager Armando, RIP, became quite a good friend, and I would go anywhere Armando worked. The parts Manager was quite thorough and dependable despite working with a (then) archaic BMW-parts Fiche-system from early last century. Mechanics rotate as with any BMW Motorcycle dealer, but they are all qualified; and I made it a point to always tip them. ymmv. The mechanics would always answer all my questions, and would even let me watch (when David Bloodworth was not around, ha ha

Great shop if you enjoy receiving attitude.
Went here to buy a helmet and I'm not sure the salesmen could've been any more rude.
I'd be inclined to say it was because I pulled up on a Harley, except that I have three friends with BMW's who've each received horrible customer service here. They all now take their bikes elsewhere.
If I ever buy a non-Harley bike it won't be from this shop.

Previously I'd rated Bloodworth Motorcycles 4 stars, which is admirable. I'd also noted some disappointed with my salesperson. Based on that review, my salesperson reached out to me and addressed my disappointment. I'm always more impressed with people that handle a problem with integrity rather than those that let things fall through the cracks. This, in combination with an excellent service visit, warrants a 5 star rating from me. I'm sure I'll be heading back to Bloodworth's for something and I suggest you do to.

I'll have to agree with the other review David Bloodworth should be in a cubicle in the back he has zero personality I bought a Vespa from them in 2008 and I had a very uncomfortable feeling with him I took it back for repairs in regards to the light on my dash that was not lighting up on one side and they said they're going to charge me for it and had it less than a week.
Today I bought a battery, and they quoted me a price on the phone of $58 when I got there it was $68 as per John.
Nice counter parts man who waited on me.
I really think the best thing to do is only buy a throwaway

I wish I could give these guys a good review, as they're our only local BMW/Ducati moto shop. But I can't. Attitude/uncaring customer service are the big issues here. Wanna hear about, heeeere we go-
Brought my BMW in for the 24k service. They knocked it out, added some new brake lines, $1000. Ouch, but it is what it is, it's a BMW, right?
Took the bike out and had a new stalling issue. And a battery warning. Not what you want after $1k of service. Took it back. On Tuesday.
Explained to the service guy the issue and that it had just been serviced. He said, "what did you

In the Nashville motorcycle community there's a standing joke about this place that goes something like, "you never know what they'll forget to put back on." You pick up nuts and bolts off the ground and ask the mechanic, "umm isn't this part of my bike?" And they'll act like they meant to do that while they put it back on.
But for Ducati this is one of the only places in the state that is certified, so I brought mine in for a standard service despite all the stories. It took several days to complete and cost $1100. When I got it back I went for a ride

David Bloodworth has zero people skills and is a big liability to that dealership.
He should be in a small office cubicle in the shop and not allowed to come out to talk to customers ever . He is rude and lacks any sort of customer service skills. His employees are fantastic but every time I go there I cringe at the fact that I am supporting a man who is miserable to deal with.

Been in twice and the first time I met a guy that wasn't that helpful, but everybody has a bad day. I decided to go back and met one of the best salesman I could have come across. He took a lot of time, was extremely knowledgeable and I may end up buying a bike from them. I think people are way too harsh on these sites anyway. Nobody is perfect. These guys have a nice shop. I would recommend them.

Some of you reviewers on here apparently have some serious issues of your own! I can't say anything but good things about Bloodworth Motor Sports. I have been doing business with them since 1997 when I purchased my first motorcycle. Unlike a local Honda dealer who said to me "it's just like riding a bicycle" which is completely not true, David Bloodworth took the time to help me select the ride motorcycle for my riding ability at the time and it didn't stop there! He also helped me get my license and signed up for the next MSF course. They cared about my well being more

I hate to admit it b/c I wanted to be pleased with this dealership. I'd read the reviews already but decided to "try" to do business with them. Their used inventory didn't fit my needs (little to no selection) and I purchased from another dealer out of the Nashville area.
2 months later I wanted info on a GPS installation and was met with an extremely rude sales person - the only guy that sells for them I guess. So rude that when I need service or parts, I'll ride the 200 miles to have that dealer service my bike. He made very curt and rude remarks that I should

Took my Vespa in here to get a new tire and an oil change on a Wednesday and the owner told me to come back next Tuesday...he hadn't even started on it by then. I said I'd take it somewhere else and he said it would take him 30 minutes to get it out of his garage because it was behind a bunch of bikes. Not even an apology. Pretty clear he didn't have any intention of starting on it any time soon.
When I told him he said to come back on Tuesday to get it he said "I would never say that." In fact, when I dropped it off I asked if I could get it the next Monday and he said
