We want you to walk into your space and get that feeling - you know the one - the one where you want to move in right away! That cozy, comfortable, "immediately at home" feeling. We aim to create that every time. You provide the space, we'll provide the feeling. I think you and I are about to be good friends. Services
We think that home staging is more than just about filling a room with furniture; it's about helping your property show off its best characteristics. We want to help gain the interest of every buyer that walks through your door. We want to help them see themselves living there one day. And, we want you to be grinning from ear to ear when we succeed at that.
We have staged multiple bedrooms in a space; patios, decks, additional living areas, and even the entire house before! Each additional space above what is included in the stated packages are an additional $200 per room. We have an initial set up fee, and then a weekly invoice. Once we meet and do our initial walk through, we will have a better idea of the space we are looking at, and will then be able to give you a firm price.

Case Study Staging was amazing! We had a mostly furnished home to sell, but needed all the things that make a home feel welcoming and cozy - art, plants, candles, and other decor items. Amy and Sarah we very professional . They staged my condo so it would be ready to sell. When my husband saw their work, he said “it looks too good to sell”. They both were very into detail , and when we ran into a problem , they were there to fix it immediately. Not only do I recommend Case Study Staging, but I would use the again myself

Case Study Staging was great to work with, very responsive and accommodating as we were scheduling the consultation.
