I had such an amazing experience with Design for Vision. The staff are seriously amazing and very patient. Dr. Palmieri is honestly the most knowledgeable doctor I’ve came across in this field. He was so attentive and patient during the eye exam. He even offered me some very valuable “shortcuts” on the services I needed that day. The environment was very calming and I am beyond pleased with all they have to offer.
Although I didn’t go for glasses, I did browse their selection and I was very intrigued. I even contemplated on purchasing a pair because the selection was THAT GOOD.

I've probably walked past this gem of a location a couple times. I called after I broke my frameless glasses and spoke with Kim who is just completely wonderful over the phone and true to form in person the entire staff was so friendly and engaging they have earned a customer for life.
My glasses were fixed in under 10 minutes they didn't attempt to sell me other business or decide to switch my lenses or anything like that all they wanted to do was make sure that the problem I had was resolved.

This morning I took my 7 yr old son here for his very first eye exam, Dr.Harris performed his examination, she was very short and impatient with him. When dealing with children you have to have a patient welcoming approach because they are already nervous and appreciative of trusting strangers. She seemed irritated at how long it was taking my son to read the letters on the chart and told him he needed to read it faster, keep in mind he's trying to focus and adapt his eyes in a machine he has never used before. The older female that assisted in picking out glasses approach the desk we were sitting

I went here with my husband today and we are thrilled with the choice. The store was very clean, safe and welcoming. We enjoyed how nice, helpful and respectful everyone was. We will be coming back with our children for sure. We stopped at another place beforehand with people who were just miserable. It was a real turn off. Very pleased with this establishment. Kudos!

Wow! Couldn't have been happier with the service. I walked in and right away was greeted and checked in. They are very safe and organized with all of the COVID regulations and guidelines. I felt very safe and comfortable! The eye exam went well and they were very thorough. The glasses selection was HUGE and I was so surprised with how much they knew. I really appreciate all of the help and guidance I received here! So happy I listened to my neighbor! Thank you so much!

I agree with a few of the other reviewers. The lady doctor (Dr. Harris) is very rude. She was rude several years ago to my autism spectrum son who was struggling to comply with the requests. She was also rude and sarcastic to me when I went in to get help for an eye problem I had been having, because I had forgotten to remove my eye makeup. I am still having problems with the same eye issue, so I will be looking elsewhere for help. My husband still takes my boys to the men doctors at this practice and seems very satisfied, and the receptionists seem nice, but I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Harris to

Vast, high-quality selection of glasses. I wasn't able to find exactly what I wanted but Ari, the assistant manager who worked with me, was extremely helpful. She even went to the sister stores to search for what I wanted. In the end, while I didn't find "the perfect pair" of glasses, Ari went above and beyond to help. Great customer service from all!

This is a nice, clean establishment with friendly staff! My exam went great and I am glad to have finally found a good eye doctor thats close to where I live. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment started to be seen. They have a very large selection of glasses to chose from.

Outstanding place! I've been coming here for years and am treated wonderfully every single time. I'm am greeted with happy faces and pleasant staff members. They are always so helpful and friendly. My daughter needed new sunglasses in a hurry for a trip. Pablo was so incredibly patient and helpful. He helped her try find the perfect fit for her needs. He went so far as to call around to all of the other locations to find us the glasses that we could pick up right away. We will definitely be returning.

I just picked up my glasses from design for vision. I can't say enough about the help that I received and the quality of the glasses. I have already received so many compliments on them! They made the process so easy and were so friendly! They had such a great selection of glasses - I had a hard time choosing but thankfully with their help and knowledge I chose a great pair of glasses. I am going back to get a pair of sunglasses for myself as well as glasses for my daughter. I love that they are family owned! Design for vision will now have a lifetime customer! Thanks!

Been using Design for Vision i New Hope for years now. Would never go anyplace else. The care and concern shown by the whole staff is exceptional as is the level of professionalism. I had cataracts removed a couple of years ago and this changed my entire vision situtation. I now need glasses for driving and reading only. Design for Vision gave me a great pair of glasses with progressive lenses, plus a pair of prescription sun glasses that really fit and worked for me.
Yes, there are cheaper places, but nobody is better. They have a broad range of eyeglasses in every color and shape imaginable

This place is amazing, and the service is exceptional. The manager, Carol, could not have been more helpful. I was on vacation and lost my contacts. She called my doctor, fitted me with a new pair, and gave me some contact solution. Carol was warm, friendly, and charming. I would recommend this place to anyone. There are two Carols who work there and they are both wonderful.

Christine, the optometrist, is amazing. The woman at the counter (sorry, I forgot her name) was lovely as well. Booked an appointment and there wasn't a wait when I got there (like every other Dr.'s office ). Instead, I got in right away, they listened to my concerns, adjusted my prescription completely and I see better now than when I was little with 20/20 vision! I thoroughly appreciate how accommodating they are to each patient's needs (my bf now goes here too!). Also, they try to price match online contacts prices!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Christine. I have worn glasses/contacts for 25 years, and she is the best optometrist I have ever seen. She spent the time to listen to the problems I was having with my current glasses/contacts, and did a very thorough exam. She gave me free samples of a few different types of contacts to try before making a decision. Unlike other doctors in the past- she didn't just increase my prescription (I am extremely near-sighted)

Both times we went there, as soon as the employee saw our insurance card, commented in a demeaning way that we had an " affordable care act ( Obama) insurance". The first time, I let it go; but the second time I had one of my children comment that " it must be embarrassing to have Obamacare". I was furious! How dare they comment on client's insurance choices out loud in a disrespecting way. Ironically, they get paid the same way as they did with my previous insurance which was double the premium and with less coverage. I think they should keep their " personal or political

Been going to these people since I moved to PA (about 7 years ago now) and I have to say- I am never disappointed.
I wear my glasses and presc sunglasses all the time (blind as a BAT) and work in fashion so- the selection always provides me with style and they always cut my complex script into just about any pair I manage to pick!
They have gone above and beyond to make sure they check into my insurance and get whatever discounts they can for me, and the follow up is thoughtful and careful.
I highly recommend them and will be going back.

Wow! I read some of the recent reviews with great disbelief. I have been a customer of this shop for over ten years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences - just excellent products and attentive service. Simply put, if you are looking for bargain glasses from an anonymous clerk, go elsewhere. If you want more, this is the place. Carol and Elizabeth rock!

To address Donald from Design for Vision, I asked many times for a "budget selection" and was never brought to a pair of 79.95 dollar pair of glasses. I specifically stressed many times that I had LASIK done a couple years back and wanted the least expensive pair I could find because they might be temporary as I may just get my LASIK tweaked. The sales lady never once brought me to an inexpensive pair, and did not help me with my search.
Additionally, the only thing that was "over bearing" was the fact that the sales lady stopped multiple times during filling out my paperwork
