Dencie Lee School of Performing Arts (DLSPA) was founded by Dr. Dencie Lee in 1999, and provides a positive, nurturing environment for students of all ages to develop and grow in talent and academics. Classes are available year-round in 2 sessions: an 8-week summer program; and a fall-to-spring program that runs parallel with the school year.

We also offer a short 4-week private session, August Rush. ASK US ABOUT RENTING A STUDIO FOR REHEARSAL! We also offer an after school tutorial program, iRock Continuum and a homeschool support program, OnTrack Academics. Thank you for your interest in Dencie Lee School of Performing Arts! If you have any questions about class placement, or need further information about classes or the studio, please contact the studio today.

When my daughter started the process of selecting a college, I realized I would have to take on a weekend part-time job to pay for college tuition. I considered all the local little shops, and had settled on possibly a job at a local department store, but there was another idea brewing for additional income.
In October of 1999, Dlspa converted to a online, contactless payment for all tuition, registration fee, costume fees, and more! Log in, input your preferred card and at AUTO-PAY, select yes, then save. Please know you may change this choice of card at any time. Payments are ran on the first of the month and email receipts are emailed.
We absolutely LOVE iRock DLSPA! The team members are a group of truly amazing professionals who devote 100% passion to those interested in music, art, and theatre. All of the instructors are uniquely wonderful and constantly teach students with patience, guidance, and motivation. They continuously promote a positive environment that builds integrity, self-esteem and confidence.

So happy to see any kind of diverse education institution in Baytown, where the local populace seems to shun education from birth!

Great dance class and my daughter learned a lot. She smiles ear to ear after a dance class.
