About me: I transitioned from a Global Corporation to start my State Farm office in Columbus, OH. My office is located in to the middle of the city in Upper Arlington. For those of you familiar with the area, you will know that this is located just West of the Ohio State University, just North of Grandview and just East of Hilliard.
I love where our office is located due to the fact that you can access it from Dublin, Westerville, Upper Arlington, Grove City, Hill Top, Bexley, Gahanna, Delaware, Italian Village, Canal Winchester, New Albany, Hilliard, and even Dayton.

Choosing Doug Yglesias and his team as my insurer is one of the best moves I ever made! Not only is Doug one of the kindest and most caring people I’ve ever but over time he’s personally come to know me and care for me. He’s even nicer in person than on the phone (and if you ever talk to him, you’ll know that’s something) and he made sure to not just “sell” me insurance but explain the options and help me choose a plan that was great quality.

Well, I'm a person usually shop 5-10 service/product providers before making mind. In terms of auto insurance, I used State Farm, Root, and Progressive before. Doug and his team provided me most customized and best value auto insurance to get my business. While this time, I'm purchasing Home Insurance. After compared with Root, Nationwide, Progressive, Policy genius, Hippo, and Lemonade, I still decided to go with Doug's package. He provided me the best insurance value and the most frankly explanations of detail items. Compared to others, I'm paying less while having more insured parts.

I can’t express how awesome Erin Garris is here. She is so easy to talk to and responds to my questions so fast. I never have to worry if I will get a response back. Logan Markle is the best insurance agent I have come across. Very informative, keeps his promise on follow ups, and very professional. Instead of just telling me the numbers he emailed me my quote and went over it together so there are no confusions or misunderstandings. Many times you would encounter pushy sales agents. But not Logan. He was patient, understanding, is very customer oriented. State Farm definitely made the right choice in hiring him. Keep up the great work!

My husband and I just left our parent’s plans to get our own insurance and love our new policies with Doug’s office. The team at the office is so welcoming and professional and they were on top of things! We ended up getting better coverage than we had before and paying less than our parents were paying for us. Not only do we have peace of mind about the quality of our coverage, we feel comfortable having Doug’s team in our corner!

First & Foremost, we are talking about first rate customer service here. Something that doesn't really exist anymore. Very friendly, professional, always available and no pressure representation. Most importantly, I saved a ton of money going with Doug Yglesias State Farm. I saved over $100.00 per month for the same policies I had with Nationwide.
