Brow lamination is an eyebrow perming treatment that involves correcting the brow shape by setting the hairs in place using a chemical solution. Brow lamination is a two-step process. I'm so so happy I found Handsome Beauty Bar in Santa Cruz!! I've been looking for a good spot for my lashes in this area for a minute now, and this is the best spot by far! Monisha is super friendly, reliable, and accommodating above all. I'm always happy with the way my lashes come out and feel super confident by the time I leave-- this location is a gem!! Coming up on two years and still going strong! I would never have thought I'd still be doing my lashes two years later, but Mo is my girl and makes it impossible to stop. Seriously, I tried stopping and barely made it a month before I called her begging to lash me up. I'm one of her VIP members and let me tell you something, nothing says VIP like coming to fill your lashes while you're in the hospital after surgery. By far the best lash experience! Monisha is truly a master at lashes. I used to get the classic look. I told her what I wanted and she recommended that I get the finer lashes. I LOVE the way they look and feel! I also love that she has very reasonable fill pricing. She works fast, is super sweet and very professional. I won't go anywhere else. Monisha is the best!!!!

Monisha was fantastic! I was so afraid to get my eyebrows microbladed & had put it off for months, but I took a chance. She calmed me down the moment I walked in by explaining exactly how it will look & what to expect. I wanted it to look as natural as possible & she created the look, instantly! I am so happy I discovered Handsome Beauty Bar and met Monisha! Monisha is my go-to for my lashes now and I always leave feeling so happy with my gorgeous lashes, and chatting with Monisha makes the time fly by. The lash appointments used to take HOURS but Monisha is so fast and they turn out beautifully. Also, I've noticed they last longer than when I got them done at a different place. I had been practicing lashes for a few months by watching YouTube videos..really had no idea what I was doing ...so I attended Monisha's lash class. I am SO happy I did! Not only does she teach you skills, she educates you on how to actually be successful in the business, which I find is really rare..usually when someone is good at something they keep the tips and tricks to themselves..not Monisha..she wants to see new lash artists succeed and I am so thankful for the opportunity to learn from the best!

I cannot even begin to tell you how awesome Handsome Beauty Bar is. I moved to Santa Cruz after being diagnosed with Neurological Lyme disease. While undergoing treatment I was unable to wear makeup. To be fair getting out of bed was a challenge. I called Monisha and she got me in right away. She arrived on time, which is a big deal to me. She was professional and shared with me all of the options. Not really knowing what I was getting myself into...other than wanting to feel pretty during a not so pretty time, Monisha gave me her honest professional opinion without trying to annoyingly upsell

Monisha SLAYED my eyelashes. This was my first time ever getting my eyelashes done, and she made it such an enjoyable experience while getting them done & truly outdid herself with the final product. I cant stop looking in the mirror lol. During the process of putting the eyelashes on Monisha was very informative about everything she was doing, she made great conversation, and she was speedy while still being very concentrated and careful. Handsome Beauty Bar is amazing! Acacia and Monisha are beautiful professionals who will make you feel like a brand new person! I have been coming to see Acacia for many years now; she takes care of my brows (via Microblading) and my lash extensions which I have just fallen in love with.

I just moved north from orange county and have been looking for a new place to get my lashes done here. I made an appt with Monisha and was very excited to be able to set up an in-home service.
Monisha was so friendly, made it very comfortable and it felt like the appointment went by so quickly! She was able to answer, honestly, any questions I had. She walked me through the process as she gently adhered my lashes individually for a beautiful result. I am so pleased with my lashes. The quality of work she does is excellent
