Heritage Irrigation is family-owned and operated right here in Glen Allen, VA. Since we began in the irrigation business in 2001, we've treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch.
At Heritage Irrigation, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. We are available in the office from 8 am until 4 pm Monday through Friday for your scheduling needs. We provide 24 hour emergency service for rushing water situations. We begin to schedule the Start Ups in February each year.
Heritage Irrigation tries very hard to offer the very best services at the lowest possible prices. As we all know, in this current economy things can be really tough. Not only for small businesses, but for every one of us. Our goal is to do everything in our power to satisfy our customers. Over the past few years, we have added more service technicians to our staff.
We are excited to announce that we now offer Flexible Payment options for customers who purchase an Annual Package with the Total Assurance Plan! Stop paying for irrigation repairs and take advantage of the Heritage Irrigation Total Assurance Plan! Our valued customers who purchase an annual package for their Spring Start Up and Winterization are eligible to purchase the Total Assurance Plan to prevent costly irrigation repairs.
We were tired of having our current irrigation company raise their pricing every time they came out. We just wanted good service at a fair price without the $90 service call fees. Heritage Irrigation came out, found the problem and made the repairs quickly and took the time to explain everything to us properly.

I called Heritage and was able to schedule service for the very next day. Heritage sent a text update when the technician was en route. Alvin was the technician who came out to repair a sprinkler line that was damaged by installation if a fence post. He did an excellent job explaining what would need to be done to complete the repair and stood by after completing the work to ensure the system was working correctly. Great service across the board. Big thanks to Alvin for the great work.

I have to give Heritage Irrigation 5 stars because of two people and their customer service. Alvin and Shelby. Kudos to these two for listening to my frustration, keeping it calm and proving exceptional service. Thank you Alvin for coming out taking the time to explain what you did and walking through every zone. This young man deserves 10 stars. BTW anyone reading this review and considering upgrading to the Hydrawise Control system. Do it. It's really slick and will save you time and water in managing your irrigation system. Thank you all.

Heritage Irrigation sent a repair technician out on Friday 07/31/20 to replace 2 broken heads under new house warranty. The technician did an exceptional job in replacement and the adjusting to be sure the heads rotating properly. He also mentioned to me that we got the drainage issue there and he said will make a note in the report. Thank you Heritage for sending out a very good technician.

Heritage Irrigation recently put in a irrigation system for me. They were very professional, clean and very fast. They completed the install in less than a day. The owner even stopped over after to show me how to run the system and answered any questions that I had. If you are looking for irrigation or landscaping this is the company to use.
