ICF Industries has been serving customers since 1981, but its roots go back over 45 years when Les Garrett, founder and owner, began his first job shop in Kansas City, Missouri. There have been many changes over the years at ICF Industries but one constant is that the company is totally customer-driven.
Whatever the customer wants is what we achieve. ICF Industries started in a 10,000 square foot building in Independence, MO. In 1986 ICF Industries moved to Kansas City, Missouri to a 12,000 square-feet location. An increase in business allowed another expansion back to Independence, MO to that facility of 48,000 square feet in 1991.

Services
With our fabrication capabilities, ICF Industries manufactures 7 and 10 gauge mower decks, up to 72 inches, to the specifications of the customers. With our flatbed lasers, programmable brakes and robotic welder we can provide the production quantities you need. We can even powder coat paint your decks if you require.
ICF Industries creates custom cold-rolled steel cabinets for a variety of applications within the telecom industry, chemical industry, medical and laboratory settings and any other usage. All our cabinets are entirely customized, from size and shape to number of doors, shelves and other access ports.
We are pleased to announce ICF Industries, Inc. is now the manufacturer and provider of engine lifts, previously made and marketed by BlueBird International. The only differences you will notice are different decals and a slight color change to the lifts themselves. Engineered to exacting specifications with a slow release valve that lets the load down slowly and gently.
ICF Industries has one Amada EMLK-3610NT turret punch and hybrid laser combination machine. Amada's proven servo drive punching system with the reliable hybrid laser featuring a Fanuc 4000-watt resonator, a highly productive, flexible and reliable fabricating machine. ICF Industries also owns one Bystronic 6KW 2013 BySpeed Pro 3015 laser.

Not a good place to work. You like 15 minute breaks? Try 10 minutes. You like overtime? They WILL NOT pay you past 40 hours. You make the same money working 40 hours as you would working 50. Small employee base so everyone relies on drama to get them through the week. Don’t listen to the other reviews, the CEO/bosses don’t give two s**** about you
