There is dearth of reliable well people at this time, but fortunately, this company will always make an effort to help with advice and viable suggestions suited for your needs. Needed a well drilled in the area, after calling a few places including solomon well drilling all I got was answering machines, I left messages with no return calls, so I again tried calling independent well drilling and finally got a answer....
I spoke with Jay and he was able to provide great information, sounded very professional and friendly and based upon talking to him he let me know that are a more expensive "company" with top of the line equipment to get the job done, this is not a family owned business that can give cheaper prices...which leads me to believe u get what u pay for.

Charles placed a well for us 7 years ago. It has worked flawlessly. Working with Charles during the digging and setting up the well was great. He was prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, and knew exactly what we needed for our large yard. Fast forward 7 years with flawless functioning of the well until yesterday when the power company shut off power to our neighborhood for a scheduled maintenance. When they turned the power back on, the well did not come on. After checking the circuits I called Independent Well after hours. Charles called me right back even though it was at night. Very unprofessional company. First, they came and fixed the electrical box which burned out my pump within a week. They didn't seal the box causing condensation to get into the box. Didn't have all right parts and jury rigged the job. When they came out to install a new pump, it didn't work because they filled it with sand because they didn't put on protective sheath that was on the old pump. Then charged me labor to fix their mistake. They had water delivered to my property and charged me for it without my authorization. They made my wife sign a contract which we never received a copy of. When

I called for a quote for a well and the gentleman would not give me a quote because I lived in Lucerne Valley, I was referred to Solomon drilling company because "people who buy property in Lucerne Valley are often scared off by the sticker shock of purchasing services from them" Incredibly Rude and snobby don't waste your time.
