The owner was a businessman who found himself interested in the laundry rooms at apartment houses. From there, he decided to purchase a laundromat. It was run-down and in desperate need of a transformation and the owner saw an opportunity to make a positive impact in the community in one of Boston's best neighborhoods.
This coin laundry has all new Speed Queen washing machines and dryers for you to clean your self wash laundry. Our coin operated laundromat has 30 pound dryers and 75 pound dryers for extra large loads and we take credit cards and Apple pay for your convenience. All of our washers have variable settings.
Boston commercial laundry can be done at Laundromagic. A business can have his commercial laundry services done at here. We have plenty of machines and large-size machines to handle large loads. Professional laundry service has been done for doctors, chiropractors, nail salons, beauty parlors, hotels, medical facilities, and gyms.
If you are doing in-store drop off, it is $1.55 a pound. Same day is $1.75 and unless we are overloaded with laundry, we will get it back to you the same day. The answer is yes if it is a regular commercial job and email me at tod@laundromagic.com if you are a residential customer. We will evaluate each job individually.

Just called this business and said very neutrally to the woman who picked up the phone “Hi, I’m wondering how your pickup/delivery service works?” (as currently advertised all over their website) and the woman who answered the phone said “we’re not doing that during Covid, SORRY” with an unprompted attitude. Didn’t give me a chance to even respond. I was going to say that I understood and ask if I could come in to use their washers still but before I could even get in one word she says “yeah alright bye” and hangs up on me. Jeez.

I took a comforter to get dropped off, because our dryer doesn't work. The lady working working there was beyond rude. Had me waiting for 10 mins to even ask if I needed help, then didn't wanna take my comforter, said it'll take to long. She wouldn't weight my bag. Then I said okay thank you! Then she walked away and started talking about me thinking I left, saying " these people always want things done today or want something"
When you work with people you need to have respect and be kind! If you don't like your job please just quit.

Over the years I have had to use a laundromat due to the wait time of having my own washer or dryer repaired. I would use the Washing Well (Kmart plaza). Unfortunately, their boiler broke down and they were waiting for it to be replaced. I felt bad for them but needed a good clean hot water wash so I checked out LaundroMagic and was glad I did. The place is spotless, the machines look new and the middle-aged woman there was great. I went back for the third time this past Sunday and once again, the same woman was there and I think the other employee was her daughter. They were scrubbing the place

They have staff on site. Place is clean. Good amount of washers and dryers. I like that I can use cash instead of buying/loading a card that I'm then stuck with. Change machine is on site. There are signs for free drying but I had to pay. 35 min was plenty of time to dry a full load including towels.
I don't like that they have signs that masks are required, but people came in without and no one said anything. I would go again during quieter times or when the craziness is actually over.

The washers and dryers are very good. A bit pricier than the other local laundromats BUT they are worth it. However, I can't say the same about the staff. They will hover over you while you're trying to dry your clothes and even tell you which dryer to use. Never have I had that happen to me elsewhere. Just an overall uncomfortable experience. I wouldn't recommend.

I LOVE this place. It's super clean, the workers are friendly, they have TVs and clean bathrooms and wifi! I would rate it 5 stars but one of the workers was siding with a women who stole my laundry detergent... Showed him that I had the matching dryer sheets and he still told me no. So I walked out of there without my detergent, it's just detergent so not a big deal but very aggravating. Otherwise, it's really good. Just keep an eye on your stuff hahaha

The place was perfect for me until yesterday, I used to always wash in that place because it is very clean the washing machines are comfortable enough to wash as well as the dryer and was a client who every time I frequented the place spent between 50 to 60 dollars but unfortunately they are hiring people with little attention to the client and I say it because yesterday I went to wash as usual I do it in the afternoon and the person who was in charge yesterday is the most unpleasant person I could see, instead of helping the client It causes problems and seeks many excuses to complicate the client

Usually we use Washing Well in the KMart plaza. We havent used it since their fire and decided to give LaundroMagic a try. My 3 comforters, which only take an hour at Washing Well on high heat, are still wet all over after an hour of high heat at LaundroMagic. I will never use it again. Clearly their dryers dont work!
