Absolutely terrible! Appraised my house completely wrong. Says I have a level that’s below grade- not correct I even got zoning involved and they confirmed I do not have any levels of my home that is below grade. Says I’m on septic. Really dude look online even shows I’m on city!!Took almost a month to get my appraisal back. Not responsive at all. Wants to charge a high rate to do an appraisal but turn around and do a half a** job. His comps were not accurate. Ken Miller worked through my busy schedule to get my house appraised. He did this by meeting me after hours so i would not miss work. He was polite and courteous. Ken wore a mask and kept six feet. He most importantly did a thorough job and gave me a very fair appraisal. I would recommend Ken Miller to do your appraisal. Excellent experience.

Honest review... appraisal services...during a really busy time of year he responded within 24 hours of all me text messages. Polite and kept me informed when if would be here and flexible when we had to change dates. We listed all our improvements in a spreadsheet (pages) and he was able to appropriately incorporate most of it in his report. The appraisal came in higher than expected. Disappointed there was a contingency (finishing a bathroom) which required another report and delaying the refinance. Total fees were high (>$600 through Valuetrust) but good appraisal.

Don’t waste your money ($500 in my case) on this guy. The appraisal was late, the amount was off by tens of thousands of dollars, my emails went unanswered and he based the value only on other sales, not even comparable properties I found on zillow. The bank appraisal came back and we sold the house for what we originally valued it at. Truly a waste of time, money and a poor business owner. Find someone else to do your appraisal.
