We have just built a new home on the beach in South Carolina. In my office I wanted a really nice and unique pool table. My clients saw found Mitchell Pool Tables somewhere on the internet and I am always leery of working with new vendors on a completely custom piece. I sent drawings and 3D models to Tracy and everyone at Mitchell Billiards delivered a stunning pool table and matching game table. During shipping, the freight company somehow broke a major section of the table (I don't know how they managed to do this with the way it was crated). The installers temporarily fixed the damaged section so it could be installed and then came back to replace this piece. It was handled smoothly and my clients are very happy
