What a surprise for French people to find a Rossignol shop in New York. And the experience was even more pleasant because we were received and very well advised by Philippe and his team. He is warm, patient, and gives very good advice. We definitely recommend this great store to equip you to ski, with this exceptional Rossignol brand. I am traveling to Vail this week to enjoy some skiing. While the excitement built, so did the anxiety of not having the right ski pants. Little did I know, I was destined to acquire a much nicer pair of ski bibs that I had in mind. While my budget was $200 with tax included, I feared lack of inventory much like everywhere else. As I set foot in my local Rossignol store, I was greater at the front. Shortly after finding the pair I wanted in my budget online, I was made aware that they did not have my size in stock, but could gladly order me the right pair and should be here in time. The team at Rossignol in SoHo was so incredibly helpful. I am a first time ski boot purchaser, and while I didn't catch the employee's name, she spent half an hour with me, testing on different boots, explaining what I should be looking for, and making sure that I had the best possible option. Every time I go in, there is no attempt to upcharge or oversell, and they are all so knowledgeable about the sport. Cannot recommend more highly.

Came here as a relatively new skier looking to make my first ever ski equipment purchases and worked with Ben who was extremely helpful from beginning to end. Very informative and patient when explaining what to take into account when buying boots and skis and it always felt like he was just trying to get me the right equipment and not just sell the most expensive gear they had. Very highly recommend, will be back for sure.
