Since we are a licensed motor vehicle dealer and a business that is licensed by the State of Florida, we can issue license plates on site any day of the week.

Because we are a dealership we are permitted to sell scooters over 49cc displacement and have a full line of 150cc and larger scooters.

We offer full service and repairs for any scooter. Can't drop off your scooter? We do pick-ups and deliveries. Call 941-486-0690 to make an appointment, check for availability, or stop by; walk-ins welcome. Gas in engine: Usually when storing your gas scooter for several months at a time, you should drain the gas out of the tank.

As an Authorized Dealer Sarasota Scooters will inspect, prepare and road test your new or used scooter to ensure it's in top running order. We will also advise you on the operation, scheduled maintenance, local licensing requirements, proper protective gear, and how to have a fun and safe riding experience.

Bob is great! He was very helpful to me when I purchased my scooter from him. After almost 3000 miles and daily use in 8 months, it had a small electrical problem. It was covered under warranty and was fixed in three days! He also notice I need air in my tires and gave me some maintenance tips. I definitely recommend supporting Bob's business both sales and service.

I purchased a scooter trike from the owner Bob. It was a incredible buying experience. Bob is a true professional, no nonsense , tell it like it is type of guy. My Vespa wasn’t starting and needed a new carburetor. I had originally called another scooter business to get it repaired but they were never able to get back to me to fix it after waiting weeks going nowhere so glad to have called Sarasota Scooters they were very responsive and communicated on the schedule very well. Also they did pick up and delivery which made it even easier.

I have a 2014 50cc gen 1 icebear mad dog Rukus clone that stopped running tho it only had 300 Miles on it. I had difficulty finding someone to get it running again. The closest mechanic I could find was in Pinellas county until I found this business in Venice. I called them and they stated they can repair it. They picked the bike up for me the next morning and had it delivered back to me that night. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and quality of work. My bike, tho new but old, rides and sounds BETTER now, than the day I purchased it. Thank you for getting my bike on the road

Great service and an exceptional mechanic. I have a Vespa gt200 and it was at another shop for overs 2 months and they were unable to fix my moped and believed I needed to replace the engine. I took it over to Sarasota Scooters for a second opinion and they repaired my scooter and had it back to me all within the same day. I highly recommend them. 5 Star Service

Bob made the purchase of my new scooter effortless. He even delivered my scooter to my house, as my helmet had not yet arrived (and i do not ride without one). He explained all the ins and outs, and let me know if I had any questions, to hit him up any time.
