Took my travel trailer out for the first time this past Saturday. When the grey tank reached 5/8 full, it just fell out of the bottom of the trailer and hit the ground. I put the damaged tank in the back of my truck and pulled the trailer home. Ruined my weekend. Monday morning, August 9, I emailed United RV what happened and included photos. Incredible service. Even during closed hours. I had been searching for a part that was out of stock or back ordered everywhere. I sent a text online just to see if they had an estimated date the item would come available. They responded on a Sunday evening letting me know that they would have some the following day and put one aside for me. Could not have asked for better service!

We've been at that store about 3-4 times. Every single time the customer service is horrible. There are enough employees but they are always at the registers chatting, when you finally venture to ask them they always seemed bothered. Last time of rep from Camco is the one that actually helped us instead of the united RV employee. I would recommend to go to camping world even though you might not find everything, second choice Amazon, third I dependent company, lastly united RV. They may know more but to get help from them is a miracle.

I agree you can be every where that why you hiring a managers. Who work for you and speak to customers on your behave. It seem me like 1-2 of manager don't like their job or has no customer service experience at all. I know you have been around 40 yr and there still some negative reviews on customers service. Best service of ANY Fort Worth RV dealer!!! They've never overcharged me, never given crazy turn around times or even times to get in for service. Never waited more than a week for anything and most times they get me in same day. I've used them for everything from trailer hitch and brake installs to RV repairs that I was just to lazy to do... they've earned 5 stars.

I had an issue with a surge protector the first time i used it that I purchased at UnitedRV. For a month I attempted to contact the manufacturer for help. No response from them! After just one contact with UnitedRV regarding non-responses from their vendor I got an immediate email from them asking me to return the product, and a replacement was sent to me. WooHoo finally someone responded! My appreciation and thanks to Fernando Madrigal, their Online Parts Manager at UnitedRV for his reply and assistance. I am off and camping again thanks to the fabulous folks at UnitedRV, Especially Fernando.

Thrilled with United RV! They had the cheapest price for a water heater online and I texted them at 9pm with a shipping question. Someone replied within five minutes. Easy to order and the heater arrived (shipped from Texas to Northern California) in only a couple days. Haven't been to the store, but will try to buy more from them in the future.

Had a $10,000 repair done due to a renter damaging the back panel. Took 3 months to complete the repairs. I was working 7 days a week in Chicago so my wife was dealing with the RV damages. The rep at United was very rude on the phone and would act like my wife was bothering him every time she called. We finally get the RV back and as soon as it rained the first time it leaked. I checked the roof and they replaced half of the gutter run above the awning. Therefore where the two pieces of gutter meet there was a hole poring water into the RV. Why not replace the entire run? How stupid do you have

I have done two projects now with the service department. Both have gone smoothly.
First the inverter repair - this was almost a year ago and while I had to wait as they do provide order preference to those that bought from them and are busy they did it right the first time for the price quoted. No concerns. They did exactly what they said they would for the price they quoted. If I want faster service from them I can buy my next one with them. Probably won't just because they don't sell the one that the wife has picked out and let's be honest. . . The wife wins.

As a general rule, most RV dealerships offer poor after the sale service (my experiences). United RV is the exception to the rule. A family owned dealership with good prices, good selection and a service department second to none. I strongly suggest if you're in the market for an RV or in need of maintenance/repairs go see the good folks at United RV.

Customer beware. I called this place asking for a specific part. I even gave the employee the make, model, and year of our trailer. The employee stated they had the part, but when we arrived it was not even close to what we needed. It was a total waste of our time, gas, and effort.

I did not buy my trailer here. But if it's non-warranty related, you can be sure it will be serviced here. I have taken a couple of the FREE maintenance classes United RV has put for both exterior maintenance and roof. Learned how to do more myself to keep it out of the shop and how to keep it like new longer. Jim Vititow does the classes and knows his stuff. My trailer is currently in for a new roof due to the recent hail, and just looking at their shop and how they do their work, I have no doubt the trailer will come back in better shape then when I bought it. On a recent RV trip we had a blow-out that ended up doing extensive under carriage damage to our travel trailer. United RV. United has taken care of our preventative maintenance for many years, they've always done an incredible job. We decided to take the trailer to United for the repairs. The repairs were a challenge since our RV is no longer manufactured. United had to scour for parts and find ones that could be interchanged. BUYER BEWARE***If you take your unit to have work done or repair be sure to remove all valuable items. They MIGHT come up missing like our brand new $400 electrical power cord and accesories. Called and spoke with the Director of Operations and he was quick to defend his employee's, as he should.
