Welcome, it is so nice to connect with you, my name is Abra Merlino. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy(R) Advanced Practitioner, CTAA certified Meditation Practitioner, Akashic Records Reader, certified in Sound and Crystal Therapy, and am an Intuitive Reader. I had a wonderful 12 year career as a elementary school teacher.
Reiki is a Japanese Energy Healing Therapy of lightly laying hands on or just above the body. Through this technique, energy is projected into the recipient to correct the flow. Reiki activates your own natural healing processes. Sound has a direct impact on activating the healing processes.

I booked a sound bath with Abra for my bachelorette party and I could not have been happier!! She was able to accommodate a family member with an injury who could not lay on the ground and everyone had a really authentic experience. Most of the women have never even heard of sound healing and everyone received so much benefit from this session. Abra is the sweetest and she’s the best at what she does!! I will be back to heal with her again in the future and I can not recommend her enough! Beautiful, clean, comfortable studio with a beautiful soul!

My first session today with Abra and I loved it! You can feel her serene energy all over as soon as you walk in and you will not want to leave. She is a genuine, loving, caring, knowledgeable soul that loves what she does and it shows in her service. She is a truly gifted healer in many ways. I felt immediate changes spiritually and physically and left with the biggest smile. I took a six week class with Abra on Intuition which was filled with guided meditations and intuitive exercises in a small class of like-minded women. I also had a Reiki session with Abra that totally helped me come to terms with some emotional trauma from the past. Her studio is warm, welcoming, clean and a special place to have in our community. I recommend Shift Studio and Abra if you are looking for Reiki, Intuitive workshops etc...

Shift Studio is absolutely beautiful in every sense of the word. As soon as you enter, there is a sense of peace and positive energy. The decor is beautiful, which helps to make it a very relaxing environment.
I recently went for a reiki session with Abra. Abra is not only my sister in law, she is one of my dearest friends. She remained professional throughout the session, making sure I had a genuine experience. The reiki session left me feeling refreshed and renewed. My intentions for the sessions were definitely fulfilled.
