Services
Sierra Vista is conveniently located on US Route 221 (Forest Road), the main thoroughfare between the city of Lynchburg and the town of Bedford. We believe an easy to find location and great accessibility is essential for traveling family and guests! Our beautifully landscaped entrance on this well traveled road will not be a problem to find.
We welcome photographers to use our venue for engagements, bridals (for Sierra Vista brides only), seniors, families and maternity sessions are available. Sessions begin at $250 per hour. We ask that you please arrive dressed, with hair and makeup completed. Due to our wedding schedule, sessions can only be booked on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Our home features a lovely blending of rustic and elegant with the use of stone, wood and formal decor. It is our little bit of the great out west in the foothills of Virginia. The Lodge Home is the perfect place for the bride and her attendants to enjoy our large 1000 square foot beautifully decorated bridal suite and dressing room.
Sierra Vista vendor list must be used. Please talk to us as we work closely with our caterers. They would love to accommodate any vision from a plated meal, small buffet to heavy hors d'oeuvres. Please note: Anything above 25 guests would be considered a full, standard wedding at Sierra Vista with 8 hours on a Saturday/Sunday.

My mom and stepdad got married here back in 2018, The view was absolutely spectacular, and the owners and staff are AMAZING. I love what you did for my parents, But I would like to thank the special woman who was brave enough to let them have what was supposed to be her wedding day, For giving my parents the best wedding day that my parents asked for. It honestly would've never happened until the next year if it weren't for you.

When I first saw SV online, I absolutely fell in love with it and knew it be the place where I would plan my dream wedding. But believe or not, SV only gets better once you meet the Owner, Marianne and the wedding coordinators who are A Little Party (ALP). They are all so WONDERFUL to work with and I felt completely cared for throughout the wedding process, which is a really scary thing if you don't have a good team by your side. Marianne and ALP are both professional, prompt, and go above and beyond. They made sure I was happy and satisfied and if there was an issue or concern, they help

I have nothing negative to say about this venue. Every detail was taken care of even before I asked. Our wedding was not only beautiful, but it ran smoothly thanks to Marianne and her staff. I cannot tell you how many guests came up to me and said it was the most gorgeous wedding they have ever been to. I wish I could say it was because of something I did, but honestly it was because I chose Sierra Vista as our venue. The view of the mountains is breathtaking and the cedar wood barn is gorgeously done. Marianne treats you like she has known you for years and treats your wedding like it's her own
