Belinda Melton co-founded Excel Protective Services, Inc. in 1998 as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) with the goal of marketing a variety of services to the United States Government. Her background includes working for a large government contractor in the Security, Safety and Quality Assurance functions at White Sands Missile Range before pursuing a career as a Certified Public Accountant.
The driving force of a successful security contract is managed in the employees working at that site. Requiring and upholding a standard of excellence in both operations and security is our mission. We take training and compliance very seriously and retain our employees through that commitment. We are continually looking for individuals who share those values as well.
