My 20 year old roof needed replacing. The project manager, Perry, worked with us throughout the process. Crew worked hard and the Supervisor Giovanni Colon was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the process. Communication was excellent. Price was very good. Highly recommended.

I’m revising this only because Central Homes did the right thing and sent a crew to install my gutters. To re-hash the story. My roof was completed on 12/10/2021. Very happy with the roof, Project Manager Dave Stallworth and his manager, Connor Byrne. You call Dave and he’s all over it regardless of the situation.
The issue is with scheduling and gutter operations. Was told a few days before the roof was completed that the gutters would be installed on 12/22/2021. Wasn’t happy about that because the gutters are an in-house service and

I highly recommend Central Homes Roofing. All the employees I dealt with were helpful and courteous. My project manager was Dillon McCollugh. Dillon was outstanding to work with. He was on top of everything, kept in constant contact as I was out of town for a large part of the process. He answered calls & texts quickly and was knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. He made it easy!
