Had a good experience meeting with the sales person initially for a residential solar system but after a few weeks never heard back. Called and left messages with the rep and their main line. No return calls or emails. Literally just disappeared. Had to look them up on BBB and other online resources to confirm if it was a legitimate company and if they still existed. Over 6 months have passed and still never heard back. Obviously had to move on to another company. Just weird. Be leery
