I dont usually leave reviews, but it's so refreshing to deal with a family owned company that you can trust not to rip you off. I have the pool from hell with a tree that dumps leaves and seeds into it on a daily basis. The knowledgeable support and service these guys have given me have kept my antiquated equipment running for years without overcharging me. I thank you, as do my grandkids, for being able to swim in a safe clean pool. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

Used them for a long time and didn't even mind paying a little more for products since they are a small local business. Had them replace/install a 1.5 hp pump and clean up some of the plumbing. After getting home and looking at the work, they installed a 1 hp pump and didn't clean up any of the plumbing. They gave me back the difference in cost for the pump but charged me more to come back and do the plumbing. They said the quote didn't include that even though when they came to do the quote they said they would do the plumbing. They didn't provide a written quote because of the whole covid stuff

Aqua-Rite is the best pool company in town!! The staff is very knowledgeable. The pool service technicians really know what they are talking about. The repair department has been nothing but efficient when they have been out to my pool. I would not bring my pool water to be tested anywhere else! I trust this company to keep my pool sparkling clean all year long!
