Our Industry Certified Technicians have spent many hours studying and training on proper service, maintenance, and repair procedures. Also, most ARCO Technicians have many years of experience servicing older models.
For your convenience, we are happy to offer pickup and delivery service for your equipment. All prices are for round-trip service. Sorry, we are not currently offering mobile service. We are currently running our Winter Service Specials, which include 50% off Pickup and Delivery Service with qualifying service.
LABOR CHARGES: All repairs are billed out at a shop rate of $90 per residential hour or $100 per commercial hour based on standard repair times. Most residential maintenance services have a set price posted online and in store. PREPAID LABOR CHARGE: All units are subject to a non-refundable, non-transferable labor charge taken at time of drop-off/scheduled pickup.

The Arco Lawn Equipment staff frequently park and leave their large box trucks on the residential street nextdoor unattended. When asked to move the truck this afternoon, the driver cursed out and yelled at us as we were trying to safely exit the street.
They regularly block traffic here and create an unsafe situation. The police (traffic and code enforcement) have been made aware of this issue.

ARCO lawn equipment is a great place to buy Lawn Mower's leaf blower's, anything for for yard maintenance and they have great prices with an awesome repair center. The people are very friendly inside and make you feel very comfortable working with them. They put a new database in so any information prior to 2014 is not gonna be in the system. This is a warning or just to let you know. I recommend this store to anybody who wants to but or repair lawn equipment. Their maintenance technicians are awesome and I consider them fantastic.

Took my mower in to be repaired, 3 weeks later it was done and they charged me $90 more than what was required to resolve the problem with the mower. When I pulled around to load the mower, the snowflake whom brought my mower out asked for my paperwork even though I was the only one picking up then just walked away before assisting me with loading into my truck bed. Beware this company is not to be trusted for repairs in a timely manner or proper communication with the customer.

This place is amazing and our "go-to" lawn equipment company for purchases and servicing. I could not believe the service we received this week when my elderly father and I went in to look for a gas powered edger. There was only one in stock and it was in the loading area. We agreed to return later to review. Jeremy overheard our conversation and quickly went to the storage area and assembled the edger and brought it up for our review. This place Rocks! I traditionally did all my own small engine maintenance for 30+ yrs, but have been too busy lately so gave ARCO a shot at doing it. Specifically, I had ARCO troubleshoot and repair both my STIHL Backpack Blower and Husky Professional grade trimmer in the past six months. On both occasions they did a top notch job, provided me with my old parts to reveal condition of them, ran units in front of me before i left, and provided helpful tips for future maintenance. I used to frequent this store under the prior ownership. Now, after several stop-ins, I am finished with them forever. I've purchased several chain saws here and have have service performed here on other equipment. I stopped in when Covid started to get my chains sharpened and was told that they can't sharpen chains due to covid. I left with my dull blades and put them in my back seat. For me, everyone at ARCO, has always treated me well and that is why they seem to have a lot of repeat business. They also tell me if they don't know something and they will find out and get back to me which is much better than a lot of the dealers who give you a line of well....

I had posted previously about my experience with Arco. And while that experience was negative, since then, the director contacted me, apologized and admitted mistakes were made in the rental checkin/checkout procedures, and that the matter wasn't handled properly on their end as well.
I think it says a lot about the organization to take the time to do all of that, and it definitely resolved the issue for me. Salesman LIED and said I would receive a $500 Toro gift card with my purchase of a $8500 mower. Now 10 months later no gift card and the manager Tony said I received a $500 discount at the time of purchase although nothing on my receipt said that I received any discount and nothing was said about a immediate discount at the time of purchase. Toro Lexmark credit card company has been unhelpful as well. Leaving me on hold and sending me through a maze of reps only to be disconnected after hours of of being on hold. Every time I have needed a part Arco has it or gets in in short order. When I needed work on my Pole saw they turned it around in days so I could take it out of town. I have nothing but good to say about the employees and the business. They even go the extra mile in finding replacement parts which are hard to find.

If service was FREE you'd be getting RIPPED off... We only came here because where my son bought the mower ($2400.00 Toro commercial grade) last year had a 4 week waiting period. Upon dropping the mower off they could not process my son's credit card for the $40.00 deposit needed on a $2400.00 mower before they would start work. They noted the credit card number on his ticket and said they would bill him all at once when the job was done. I drove 30 minutes to buy a chain saw from Arco. I called in advance, was told they had inventory and I told them I'd be there shortly. To my surprise, nobody was working the sales floor. Two girls were on the phones. Over nearly 30 min I was repeatedly told "just a few minutes more." I finally left, after the last few more minutes. If you are a customer.
