BEWARE! Bait and switch pros. Paid $22k in July for 1/2 of job. There has been maybe 12 hours of work done Less than 1/4 of job completed. Did get a e-mail saying bid was wrong and ask for ANOTHER $18K. On top of stealing items out of back yard, yard being demoed and unusable since July, and a pile of sand blocking my drive. NOT the type of people you want to do business with!

Contacted Mason Man for a quote for some stone and wall related work at property. Their rep came out and reviewed the request and advised he would email a quote. Couple of days went by, no email. I called their office and lady I spoke to said she would get it by end of day, nothing arrived. Left another voicemail the following day asking for them to email or call for update, no callback.

Jaye and his team did a great job on my paver patio! It looks so great and they were very professional. They spent a lot of time making sure it was level and correct. Our project was not easy (very large and sloped area around a pre-existing raised garden) but they created something beautiful for me and my family to enjoy.

My wife and I looked for a good Mason, on and off for a year. After multiple quotes and some bad customer service experiences, we found Mason Man. Jaye responded quickly and was out in 3 days to scope the job. We discussed the project and Jaye listened to our ideas, and then threw in some of his own and we had a plan. He had the quote (and a cad drawing) emailed to us within 2-3 days. His quote was reasonable and fair and seeing the cad of what the job would look like completed, sold us! We wanted an estimate on a small job (immediate) and help planning a bigger job in the form of a patio change (future). Jaye did come out and look at the job--which is why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1--but we never received a bid from him and our follow-up email was ignored. I guess business must be good to ignore potential clients like that!

After some other work on the house, I needed a hole in the exterior wall repaired. My first mason bailed and so I was stuck with a plywood-patched hole. It wasn't a big job, and Mason Man was able to fit me in sooner than expected. The work itself was well done, with an excellent match on both stone and grout. The price was fair, and they also quoted out some other work that I'll have them do in a few months after I get the underlying foundation fixed.

Lindsey and Matt were responsive, professional, kind and efficient. And, although my husband and I did not interact with the owners we believe they were key in making our hardscape needs a reality.

Scheduled to come out to give me an estimate. I took off of work to meet him...10 minutes before our appointment he called to say he couldn't make it.
We rescheduled as he said he'd make it up to me. This time he didn't even bother calling...he simply did not show up at all.
It's really unfair when you actually take off of work as an hourly employee. Not only did I waste two day but I lost wages but I am no closer to getting work done that I need.
