So you know those people who work out like beast and are super fit well that's for sure not me... YET. However, I very much enjoy coming here because Brian is so knowledgeable and truly just wants to help you attain your goals when it comes to your fitness. Also they have tons of proteins, supplements, and even on the go drinks for when you forget your preworkout at home!

Highly recommend! I cannot say enough good things about Body Goods. All the products are great quality, and you can tell they care about quality over gimmicks. It's not the big corporate supplement store you may be used to. This is a community family feeling store that wants to see everyone live their best self. The entire staff is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about all products and what's best for your goals. You can easily tell they all take great pride in providing you the best. Since finding out about this amazing business, I look forward to coming in and picking up my favorite energy drinks and I come in every time I hit the gym! They have the BEST selection and are extremely fit and knowledgable about all their products to help you find what you need for your goals. Besides the fact they are always playing my favorite music inside to add to the environment, but also the owner and all the employees I have met are all positive, super helpful and nothing but great vibes all day everyday. My experience here was amazing! The person who helped me out was Del. He has great customer service and gave me the information I needed. I came in here looking for a meal replacement and he pointed me in the right direction. I am very excited to try both products out.

At a time when supporting local business is important- I thought it would be a good time to give a shout out to this local business. Came in today to buy some protein powder- they were out of stock for the 5lbs, but he gave me two of the smaller sized canisters and gave me an awesome discount. He also recommended a good protein bar when I told him I liked it sweet and with the least amount of protein taste. He didn't fail to deliver. I went to the shop for the first time last night and got helped out right away. I forgot to ask for the name of the person who helped me but both staff members were really knowledgeable and attentive. They have a wide variety of products that can be difficult to find elsewhere. Super helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff. Takes the time to help you out with your individual needs. A lot of nutrition stores kind of attend to more of the meat head types. I don't feel like this is one of those places. The products that were recommended were highly recommended on you tube. Seemed to have all the workout supplements you need for fitness and exercise. Testosterone, protein, meal replacement, pre workout, joint health, etc. They also have a rewards program. Prices are good.

I was in dire need of something that would help me lose weight. I had a baby not to long ago and it's been a struggle for me. Body goods did it, they helped me get past my plateau, they suggested what best worked for my body type. I really love that when I go in there they aren't trying to just sell me anything. First off, the staff here have always been friendly and informative. For the type of products they have, the costs are not too bad, either. And they go through each item's benefits for you. They have a wide variety especially with one of their drinks I use for pre and post workout, Bang. I recommend the Keto-Coffee! Another version of Bang includes Creatine and CoQ10. These caffeinated drinks helped me get the energy going fairly quickly and flowing smoothly for my gym sessions.

What is there more say about Body Goods then - AMAZING!!!! This team has been so amazing! Everyone is very knowledgeable and is very willing to help anyone with questions. From my own personal experience walking into this store was life changing. I walked in looking for protein powder and walked out doing something bigger for myself by doing their Body Goods fitness program. Their fitness program is unlike any others that I have encountered. Brian, Lexie and Tanner are the nicest people I've ever met at a nutritional shop. I've been coming here for almost half a year and seen many self improvements already. I highly recommend joining their fitness group. They give you tools and talk you through what you've been achieving and what you can do to improve. First off, who doesn't like supporting small buisiness? The entire staff is so well versed on all types of supplement needs. I played division one football where I had nutritionist and personal training and I've never came across more knowledge in the field of supplements. I refer EVERYONE I know here. Wether it's for muscle building, fat loss, digestion, energy, sleep deprivation, and even anxiety!!! I wouldn't trust any chain supplement shop like I do these guys.

This is my go to shop for any kind of supplements or workout related products! This was my 4th time there and each time, Brian has not disappointed. Very insightful, straight forward and a mini encyclopedia for any questions workout/product related. In other words, BRIAN KNOWS HIS STUFF and his product knowledge is second to none! I haven't gone anywhere else and don't plan on doing so anytime soon! For anyone in flux trying to find a home base shop, this is it. Great rewards program too!

I have really been getting into working out a lot and it's due to the knowledge provided by the staff for recovery and strength gain. If you're in the area drive on by, I have been working closer to downtown LA and they even ship out items and have kept my analysis as they do body scans.
